Si au contraire, vous êtes une personne qui doit prendre de la masse mais qu’il est difficile pour vous de manger plus, commencez par des petites astuces : smoothies, oeuf dur le matin, des gôuters à base d’avoine. Mangez également plus de féculent pendant vos repas. 4️⃣ Favorisez un plat avec davantage de légumes ou une entrée de légumes supplémentaire. 5️⃣ Changez l’ordre de consommation de vos aliments. Easy 5 Minute Appetizer! by @choosing_balance This whipped ricotta dip is so creamy & tasty! And of course easy to make. - - - Recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup ricotta 1 tbsp hot honey 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp fresh parsley 1/2 tsp lemon zest salt & pepper to taste Instructions: Place the ricotta in a food processor. Purée for 2 minutes or until it’s smooth. Place the whipped ricotta in a serving bowl or spread on a plate. In a separate bowl, stir together the, parsley, lemon zest, olive oil & honey. Pour the herb and honey mixture on top of the whipped ricotta. Top with salt & pepper to taste. Com o pão a acabar O stock tive de renovar Saiu um pãozinho maravilhoso Com ingredientes bem a combinar. 🍞Pão de abóbora🎃 e nozes 4 ovos🥚 1 cháv de puré de abóbora🎃 cozida 1+½ cháv de farinha de aveia ½ cháv de linhaça moída 1 colh sopa rasa de psyllium 1 colh café de curcuma 1 colh sobrem de fermento em pó 2 colh sopa de azeite🫒 1 pitada de sal🧂 ½ cháv de nozes picadas Cozer 600gr de abóbora (pesada sem casca nem pevides). Retirar, deixar arrefecer, triturar e escorrer bem com um pano. Obter assim a cháv de puré de abobora. Num processador colocar os ovos, o azeite, o sal e o puré de abóbora e triturar cerca de 2 minutos. Numa taça juntar os restantes ingredientes (exceto as nozes) e misturar. Adicionar o creme de abóbora e misturar muito bem. Juntar as nozes (reservar um pouco para cobertura) e envolver. Verter para uma forma forrada com papel vegetal untado. Polvilhar com sementes e os pedaços de nozes reservados. Levar a cozer em forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC cerca de 35 minutos (testar com o palito). Desenformar e deixar arrefecer numa rede antes de cortar. Recipe of the week in celebration of our thriving garden that is already providing so beautifully for our family! ✨️Caprese Asparagus✨️ Medium-thick Asparagus, halved or quartered cherry or grape tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil, and salt and pepper! I also added some amazing local raw goat mozzarella. Line one side of a sheet pan with the asparagus and the other side with the tomatoes, making sure they're evenly spread out and not piled on top of each other. Drizzle with olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Roast for 20 minutes at 400° At 5 minutes left, add most of the basil on top of both the asparagus and tomatoes. If adding cheese, add on top of the asparagus and continue roasting. Transfer to serving dish, covering the asparagus with the tomatoes, and adding the rest of the fresh basil.
