oats pap met banaan,bramen en oat milk! Ik ben blij dat ik dit gevonden heb. Ik at als kind heel vaak pap. Ik was en ben ‘s ochtends niet zo dol op brood. En ik houd echt van meerdere keren op een dag iets warms eten. Ik maakte deze pap met de instant oats van @prozis Ik vind het een fijne textuur heel glad. Nodig: ✔️1 banaan ✔️bakje bramen 125 gram ✔️handje pecannoten ✔️300ml oat milk ✔️1 grote schep Oats instant vanillla flavour 1️⃣ Prak de helft van het fruit. 2️⃣ Kook de oat milk in een steelpan. 3️⃣ Roer het fruitpapje & de oats er goed doorheen. 4️⃣ Schep op en verdeel de noten & het overige fruit eroverheen. 5️⃣ smullen maar!!😋💕 Deze instant oats zijn echt ideaal en er zijn meerdere smaken. A hearty breakfast bowl that is guaranteed to keep you full throughout the morning: a warm bowl of oatmeal. Ingredients: - 1 1/2 cups FUTURELIFE Smart Instant Oats - 2 cups boiling water - 1/2 cup milk of your choice - 60ml FUTURELIFE High-Protein Smart Food (optional) - 1 tsp ground cinnamon - Pinch of salt - 1 tsp chia seeds - 1/2 smashed banana - 1 tsp honey or maple. Toppings: 1/2 sliced banana Granola (I used @futurelifeza Granola Crunch original flavor) Mixed seeds Plain yogurt or any yogurt you have Lotus spread or peanut butter Instructions: 1. In a saucepan, add oats, cinnamon, salt, chia seeds, mashed banana, honey or syrup and protein food if you're using it.
