An absolute FEAST cooked by some talented friends: Vegan Philly Cheesesteaks accompanied by a Caesar salad with tofu ‘chicken’ and crispy chickpeas. All washed down with a couple bottles of vino 🍷 The cheesesteaks were a combination of sliced tofu, mushrooms, onions and green peppers, all fried up and caramelised in delicious umami seasonings and stuffed into a fat ciabatta with melted vegan cheese. Messy, rich and juicy, a solid 10/10.
