Wenn du dich überschätzt, leidet die Ausführung darunter, was zu einem erhöhten Verletzungsrisiko führt. Das richtige Gewicht und die korrekte Ausführung sind entscheidend, um deinen Körper zu schützen und langfristig gesund zu bleiben. Bessere Entwicklung:
Wenn das Ego mittrainiert, können deine Fortschritte erheblich behindert werden. Überschätzt du dich und wählst bspw. zu viel Gewicht, leidet die Technik darunter. Dadurch trainierst du länger mit unvollkommener Technik und stagnierst. Zu hohe Belastung lässt dir keine Chance, dich auf die Technik zu konzentrieren oder sie zu verbessern. Mit der richtigen Skalierung hingegen kannst du deine Technik verfeinern und kontinuierlich Fortschritte erzielen. Geduld und saubere Technik sind der Schlüssel zu langfristigem Erfolg. Langfristig betrachtet wirst du mit Zurückhaltung weiterkommen, da du die Grundlagen festigst und das mögliche Gewicht schrittweise steigerst. Viel Gewicht führt zwar erst mal schnell zu Erfolgen, aber auch zu einer Stagnation. Let’s talk about that age-old fitness myth: “No pain, no gain.” 🙄 Reality check: I recently had a gym member say I walked “too nicely” after my leg workout. Apparently, I should have been shaking or crawling? 🤔 Newsflash: strong legs DON’T require post-workout paralysis. (I think my quads qualify me to say so 🤓) Here’s why “no pain, no gain” is a recipe for disaster, especially for those with chronic illness: 👀 Risk of Injury: Pushing yourself to the point of pain significantly increases your risk of injury. Ouch! 👀 Worsen Recovery: Brutal workouts can leave you drained and hinder your body’s ability to repair and rebuild muscle. 👀 Post-exercise fatigue is normal, but excessive pain can lead to worsened chronic fatigue.
