Mi ero accorto che questo era finito nei ricordi. Rispolveriamo per parlare di un concetto: il cedimento. Tra i miei allievi sono pochi per ora quelli che quando chiedo un massimale che sia AMRAP o AMSAC lo fanno raggiungendo l’ultima rip. Nell’ultimo corso HSFT2 @dalextraining e @mattiaagostinelli_ hanno rispolverato la caratteristica del cedimento e del rir con delle sfumature molto particolari. Tutti prima o poi dovremmo provare a tirare sino alla fine per capire quando il nostro cedimento è realmente fisico e quando è mentale. Esercizi poco simpatici e dove trovarli. Nella ricerca delle attivazioni giuste spesso si incontrano compensi soprattutto se si è estremamente deboli in certi settori muscolari e in certi range. La scelta di un esercizio per correre ai rimedi dipende anche da questo: trovare il punto di incontro tra compensi e fattibilità. In questo caso un ottimo strumento x insegnare ad usare i glutei senza compensare con rotazioni del bacino o con la bassa schiena. 03/20/22 朝トレ途中 プランシェで滞空時間を維持するにはバランスと筋力が大事。肩を前に出すには腕の角度を低くしなければならない。そのバランスを保つのはやはり筋力。肩を前に出せば出すほど脇の下あたりの筋肉が働き始めるのが今日分かった。やはり練習はプランシェリーンだ👍 #planchelean #planchepractice #プランシェリーン #プランシェの練習

A fun adaptation to a boring press handstand drill. The ball gives you that extra help to propel your shoulders over your hands and drive hips up. Much easier than static practice if you are just starting out. (Just for a bit of fun) Shoulder strengthening using the ball too pushing my weight past my hands, rounding the shoulders tightening my core! That made me sweat 😅 a few handstands then onto a full body weight sesh in the gym! I've been practicing straddle planche for a couple of years. Over 50…another one! Moreno mi sorprende sempre di più! Con lui ho tenuto forse la strategia più anomala! Risponde bene alle alte intensità…stranamente alte. Con lui una sequenza 1+1 di carico e scarico permette sempre di mantenere una intensità suff per progredire (sempre con buffer) e recuperare. Come sempre é una possibile strada. 🔸3 IMPORTANT POINTS ABOUT PLANCHE 🔸 🇬🇧 🔹As far as Straddle Planche is concerned, we have 3 points that we must take into account when developing a Straddle Planche with good shape! 1️⃣ Point - Leans! Exaggerating lean too soon is quite common, as we tend to think that the more lean the better and faster the progress will be. Building a good foundation by progressively increasing Lean will bring much greater benefits for subsequent progressions and movement adaptation as well as muscle tissue, tendons and ligaments. 2️⃣ Point - Go to the next progression, without the previous one being totally dominated, both in terms of execution time and movement quality. It happens a lot! However, we can move on to the next progression not yet mastering the previous one, but in an adapted way, trying to greatly reduce the intensity of the movement, just “going through” the progression as a way of introducing it! 3️⃣ Point - After mastering the Straddle Planche, stop working the Leans, as some “regressions” that are necessary for example in the warm-up periods for the movement. It happens often! We can and should use, making leans difficult by playing with some variables, for example doing dynamically and statically, regulate the movement execution time, add other easier progressions to the movement. Molto spesso si hanno dei riferimenti su base statistica su un insieme di individui allenati nel tempo. Sui nuovi allievi questa statistica vale e su altri….semplicemente vale meno e potrei portare mille esempi. Ecco che il provare diventa anche capire se un allievo rientra nella casistica che già si è presentata , in questo modo si potranno utilizzare informazioni e metodi già sperimentato.
