Vajíčkový “koláč” 🍳🍞 Pojď si se mnou udělat tenhle rychlý vajíčkový koláč plný bílkovin! Můžeš si ho přidat k obědu jako zdroj bílkovin a nebo si ho dát jen tak na svačinku nebo večeři. Recept: ~100 g cottage cheese light ~1 červená kapie ~4 vajíčka ~50 g vysokoprocentní šunky ~30 g tvrdého sýra ~2 toastové chleby ~čerstvá pažitka ~sůl, pepř Vajíčka vymícháme s cottage, nasekanou pažitkou, nakrájenou kápií, šunkou, tousťákem, kořením a nastrouhaným sýrem. Připravíme si gumovou podlouhlou formu a nalijeme do ní připravenou vaječnou směs. Na směs nastrouháme zbytek sýru a pečeme při teplotě 180 stupňů přibližně 20 – 25 minut, dokud koláč nebude “zlatý”. Koláč podáváme teplý popř. po vychladnutí ho dáme do lednice a máme svačinku na druhý den. 🍳⬆️Current favorite breakfast recipe and one I am always recommending to my clients. At the DJF house we LOVE a good, savory breakfast, but with busy schedules I often doesn’t have time to cook in the morning so these make ahead eggs have been great! I add in different vegetables to mix up the favor and increase my fiber intake! I’ll make a big batch and freeze them. Then when I’m ready for them I just put them into the microwave for 90 seconds and I have a hot breakfast! Great on their own or in an egg sandwich! Proposta di ricetta vegetariana per il pranzo: frittata con gli asparagi. Per evitare di friggere, ho tagliato gli asparagi a pezzetti di media grandezza e li ho cotti in abbondante acqua in microonde per 10 minuti. A quel punto li ho trasferiti in una padella antiaderente col fondo in pietra, di cui avevo precedentemente inumidito la base con un cucchiaino di olio, ben distribuito con carta Scottex. Nel frattempo ho sbattuto le uova in presenza di sale, pepe, prezzemolo e un cucchiaio di farina integrale di riso (che rende la ricetta priva di glutine). Quando la padella con gli asparagi si è scaldata a sufficienza, ho aggiunto le uova. Ammetto che le frittate non sono il mio forte... vengono sempre bruttine, ma vi assicuro che questa, nonostante l'aspetto, era buonissima 😁 Vi piacciono gli asparagi? CRESPELLE GORGONZOLA E NOCI Si presentano da sole e sono deliziose. Ecco gli ingredienti: 400 ml Latte 200 g Farina 00 2 Uova 1 pizzico Sale Burro (per la padella) Per il ripieno: 200 g Gorgonzola 100 g Ricotta 100 g Noci. Sbatti le uova con una forchetta, aggiungi il latte e poi aggiungi la farina mescolando con una frusta in modo da non creare grumi. Ungi una padellina antiaderente con un pochino di burro e versa un mestolo di impasto per crespella. Muovi in senso circolare la padella in modo che si distribuisca uniformemente e, quando l’impasto inizierà a rapprendersi, gira la crespella dall’altro lato. Fai cuocere per pochi secondi e, una volta cotta, metti la crespella su un piatto coperto con un canovaccio. Prepara le altre utilizzando tutto l’impasto che hai. Quando tutte le crespelle saranno pronte, dedicati al ripieno. In una ciotola metti la ricotta, il gorgonzola e mescola bene con un cucchiaio in modo da rendere il composto compatto e cremoso. Spezzetta i gherigli di noci e uniscili alla crema di formaggio. Su un piano, assembla la crespella: spalma il ripieno evitando i bordi e poi ripiegala su se stessa per due volte così da ottenere dei triangolini. Mettili una sopra l’altro, sfalsati, in un contenitore di alluminio laccato Handles. Copri con un po’ del ripieno, qualche gheriglio di noce e via in forno già caldo a 180°C per una decina di minuti. Hello mes "sucrésalé"😊 J'espère que vous allez bien et que vous avez passé une bonne journée ! L'année dernière pour Pâques je vous ai partagé une recette d'œufs mimosa à l'avocat et vous l'avez beaucoup aimé 💚 Cette année j'ai décidé de revisiter à nouveau la version classique mais cette fois-ci en utilisant du fromage à tartiner 😊 verdict : juste délicieux 😋 Voici la recette : 6 oeufs 125 de fromage frais à tartiner ciboulette ciselée graines de sésame paprika doux sel, poivre 1 c.c de graines de pavot * 1/2 c.c de moutarde (si vous n'aimez pas ce n'est pas obligatoire) * roquette + sel + jus de citron Cuire les œufs pendant 12 minutes dans de l'eau bouillante. Trompez-les ensuite dans l'eau froide pendant 5 minutes. Écaler les œufs et coupez-les en deux dans le sens de la longueur. Enlevez les jaunes, déposez-les dans un bol et écrasez-les à l'aide d'une fourchette. Arrosez le fromage frais, la moutarde, salez, poivrez et mélangez bien pour obtenir une texture crémeuse, sans morceaux. Déposez cette farce dans une poche à douille munis d'une douille cannelle et pochez- la dans les demi-oeufs,à la place des jaunes. Parsemez légèrement de ciboulette, quelques graines de sésame et un peu de paprika doux. Dégustez bien frais sur un lit de roquette préalablement assaisonné avec du sel, un filet d'huile d'olive et du jus de citron ! Eggs? Eggplant?! Let me at'em! TORTANG TALONG... My way! I fell in love with this dish before I'd even had the pleasure of tasting it. I saw it on Pinterest and I knew I had to eat it! After trying it at a restaurant I was ready to make it on my own. It's so simple yet completely satisfying. The eggplant stays so juicy while the egg begins to crisp at the bottom..best of both worlds 🤤 omg, I want to make a other one just writing this!! You can find this dish at any Filipino restaurant and the recipe is all over the net but here's how I made MINE... 1 Eggplant (should be Chinese eggplant but my Instacart shopper failed me lol) 3 Eggs (I made a sharable size) A sprinkle across the pan of Onions, minced A sprinkle across the pan of Red Bell Pepper, minced A sprinkle across the pan of Green Onions, chopped 1 tsp Garlic, minced 1 tsp Onion Powder Salt & Blk Pepper to taste Oil 1. Boil the eggplant for 15 minutes, then peel off the skin. Leave the top of the stem. 2. In a large flat plate mash the flesh but don't let it break apart. 3. Beat the eggs and pour it over the eggplant, then add the fresh produce. 4. Heat up oil in a skillet, then add your eggplant mixture. Allow it to lay flat out as if you're making a regular omelette. Add seasonings to the pan. 5. Fry on each side and ENJOY!
