Garlic Butter Shrimp over zucchini noodles I definitely went heavy on the red pepper on this one but it was still good -even if my mouth was on fire. If you know me, you know I don’t ever measure a spice. It is always measure with your heart for spices and cheese in my part of the world. What you need (for the shrimp): 1 lb. Shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails off 1/4 c white wine or chicken broth 1/2 tbsp butter Olive oil Juice of a lemon Spices: Sea salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, minced garlic What you need (for the zucchini noodles): 1 package store bought zucchini noodles (let drain in a colander with a paper towel for about 30 min to get rid of excess water) 1 tbsp butter (you could use more but I really don’t like butter) 3 cloves minced garlic Zest of 1/2 lemon Parmesan cheese How it’s done (shrimp): Add shrimp to a bowl and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil, the spices and lemon Add a swirl of olive oil and the butter to a pan. Once heated/melted, add shrimp and cook Once done, remove to a plate How it’s done (zucchini noodles): Wash shrimp skillet Add butter, garlic and crushed red pepper. Cook for about 3 minutes Add lemon zest and zucchini noodles (tonight I had spinach to use up so I added that and wilted it down) Cook 3-4 minutes. Add parmesan cheese. Without any complaints, that dish currently is none other but this stunning air fried Bang Bang Shrimp Bowl.😍 A go-to because of its pop of flavor & simplicity, this dish is sure to win a spot on your weekly dinner list. • All you need is: SHRIMP -20-25 Shrimp, thawed with tails removed -1 egg -1/2 cup breadcrumbs (I chose rice flour breadcrumbs) -1 tsp salt -1/2 tsp pepper -1/2 tsp paprika BOWL -Rice, cooked according to package (I chose brown rice) -Avocado -Green onion -Parsley -1 part mayonnaise -1 part siracha • Preheat air fryer to 400, & prep vegetables as desired. Honey sriracha shrimp with rice, cucumbers, edamame, and green onion 🍤 🍯 Created by @nicolereznik Ingredients: 1/2 lb raw shrimp, frozen or thawed
Rice
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper ½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp olive oil for shrimp Honey Sriracha Sauce
2½ Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1½-2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce 1½ tsp olive oil
1 tsp corn starch, to make a slurry 
2 tsp water, to make a slurry for the sauce Toppings
⅓ cup Edamame, cooked
½ sliced cucumber
4 Tbsp green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped 1. Gather ingredients. Heat a large skillet on medium high heat, add oil. Once oil is heated, add in the frozen or thawed shrimp. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper. Cook for about 5 -7 minutes on each side or until shrimp is lightly pink and cooked through.
 2. Once shrimp is cooked through set aside. Rinse pan off with cold water, let the pan cool. Add all the honey, Sriracha, soy sauce and oil to a bowl. Whisk together. Once pan is cooled add the sauce to the pan. Heat pan on low heat, meanwhile mix the cornstarch and water together. 
 3. Once the pan is slightly warmed, add in the cornstarch/water mix (the slurry) and mix it together with the sriracha honey sauce. Let the sauce come to a very light simmer and turn off the heat. 
 4. Add the shrimp to the sticky honey sauce and mix well. Once the rice is done, add it to the bowls, add the shrimp, edamame, sliced cucumber and garnish. Spoon any extra sauce over shrimp for extra flavor.  #shrimpdinner #dinnerideas #recipe

🍋Dinner in a pinch? In a large skillet, add a splash of oil, lots of garlic, fresh broccoli, frozen shrimp, sliced lemon (seeds removed), a few heaping spoons of light cream cheese and dill. Cover and steam on medium-high until shrimp are cooked and broccoli is bright and slightly tender (about 5 min). Et voila! 𝐄𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲 ❤️ This Easy Recipe, and Don't Forget To 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐈𝐭 with Your Friends 😉 🍤 Stir-fried Shrimp and Broccoli with Mayonnaise 🍤 🛒 Ingredients: 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 cups broccoli florets 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp soy sauce (substitute with a low-sodium version if preferred) 1 tbsp honey 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp ginger, grated 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Sesame seeds (for garnish) 🔪 Instructions: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Set aside. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until they start to soften. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the shrimp and broccoli. Shrimp 🍤 is one of my favorite foods. This meal is a one pan oven roasted masterpiece with asparagus, shrimp, butter, lemon juice and zest, paprika and lots of sliced garlic. Our side dish was cabbage slaw with my homemade vinaigrette. The dressing also has a healthy dose of raw garlic. Maybe that's why we don't have any friends, 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I bought 3 bunches of asparagus on sale and used half of it to make cream of asparagus soup with portobello mushrooms all blended with the immersion blender. I “made” this shrimp tonight for the first time—Panko from Costco. It is a frozen breaded shrimp you heat in the oven for 17 minutes. It came out ok, but the shrimp really needed a dipping sauce to add flavor. The box indicated paprika was the spice, which I don’t really care for, but we couldn’t taste anything. At least the shrimp was meaty! As you can see by my condiment selection, we had a couple of BBQ sauces and some honey mustard salad dressing. Froggy went for the honey mustard, and I pulled out the Carolina mustard BBQ sauce that had been given to me recently. It came from Trader Joes Grocery. It was the perfect accompaniment. I doubt I will get the shrimp again, but this Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce has proven itself time and time again.
