Some things you just can't unsay. Outlooks and feelings can change. So what is true love?? Is it a passing amd fleeting feeling? What are you really dealing with? I'm not perfect and I've never pretended to be. I'm me. There should be no reasons or apologies. If you don't see in me what you have,I can't make you see. Constantly a work in progress and that doesn't make me less. All the stress isn't needed and I'm tired of heeding warnings of sorts. Don't appreciate being out of sorts. I've fought so muc in life for much less than this. I made up my mind to stand by and stick things out within reason w/o any super treason. My heart has been open and all the words I've spoken came from the place all the love was kept safe. I never acted any other way to save face. I promise you this, make your mind up. The title just came to me. I don't like it. It's rude. A writer does imagine things and could be considered eccentric but they are never a delusional fantasist. Anyway, I would never use those words so that's why its in quote marks. The term does not resonate with me. But this is how the person who this is about made me feel. I kind of have fractured mind and memory so it was unfair of them to do so. As now I don't remember what actually happened anymore. Anyway, the first cry of 2024 has happened now. I thought this year was going to be different. Funny how someone at work always say no crying to me and has lived there since around January. Is God with me? I want to have a year of no crying, sadness, stress or anger. It reminds of Revelation 21:4. "He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away." Why do I keep thinking bible scriptures recently? I now some off by heart but its odd how it's happened all of sudden in the days I'm crying. Thats What I Want by Lil Nas X Again, funny. "Thats what I want. The impossible made possible." Is a quote by me at 13. I feel like I'm awakening or something. Maybe God likes me. Anyway, I had Sweet Creature by Harry Styles in my head a bit ago. I wrote a few comments on this confusing guys page. I got a traumatic flashback of sending this long email to him just now. I wonder if he ever read it. But he must have to call it excessive. I feel off now. A voice in my head said the title is what he thinks of me. Anyway, I am having physio on my hip and shoulder and an xray on both too as I went to the gp today about my joint/muscle pain. Anyway, let's see if there's anything wrong with the bones but the 100% the muscle hurts.

I can’t believe poetry month is over already! I didn’t exactly write a poem a day but I wrote with a fever I haven’t felt since high school. I used this challenge to allow myself complete creative freedom, and to write what I wanted when I wanted for the sake of writing again. Achilles heel I’d had been reading through the scene in the Iliad where Achilles kills Hector and the following scenes that unfold afterwards when I started to write this poem. I was drawn to the opposites and the similarities that they share and the fate that Achillies was yet to face but also the conflict that they faced as people and characters and ultimately the fate they were both to face. 🌍 /sacrifice/ (poetry in the slides, context in the caption) This is a vulnerable piece that I've shared with much difficulty. I am suppressing an urge to make a lot of jokes about being a bad & rebellious daughter. I'll leave the poem up to your interpretation & I would love to know what sort of images conjured up in your mind as you read it. I don't know if anyone made the connection on the last slide, but it was inspired by "Paradise lies under the mother's feet". Let's just say I've had a deeply complicated & conflicting relationship with this popular phrase. I was immensely relieved to know is a weak (Daif) narration (Hadith). While it is a comforting quote for many, it is a very traumatic one for many too. Both are valid experiences & none undermines the other. Regardless of the authenticity of the narration, I want to emphasize the title mother & motherhood are not interchangeable. The narration is appreciating motherhood, an undisputably beautiful phenomenon, the lack of which creates a destruction so catastrophic, it's beyond compensation in this life. Its absence only strengthens the point on why its presence is so valuable. I've had so many trials but I try my hardest not to let it make me hard. It takes more energy to be mad and upset. I'm not the easiest to deal with but I'll always be real with you because that's what I do. Sometimes I can be oblivious to subtle clues. I guess it comes off a different way than it's meant to. It happens to often. There's many thoughts and feelings that will inevitably become unspoken. Feelings can change and the way you are won't be the same.
