I enjoy it and it’s super easy to cook and allows me to prepare a few different meals with it. I am not trying to drop fat right now but if you are this simple food change can make an impact and facilitate that peace of mind that you are on the right track… I replace beef for chicken/turkey 🏆 Same meal, less Kcals, near the same amount of protein. SUPPLEMENTS ✅ These two are my “go to” all year round. I remember when I was a teen lifting weights in my second gym ever a guy approached me to introduce me to protein powder… I was scared of it 😂😂 I had no clue what that was, I swear I thought he was offering me some sort of drugs 🤣🤣 Naive me… Anyway, I do electrolytes for hydration but also cause it makes me drink more water, I am terrible. And creatine, there’s so much information about creatine out there…it’s a no brainer. Do you take any supplements? MEAL PREP 🧠 This is what all my successful clients have in common, they plan their weekly meals ahead of time 🕰️ Clarity eliminates all the confusion. If you keep improvising your diet on a weekly basis then you are self-sabotaging your goals 🤷🏻‍♂️ Do you plan your holidays in advance? Most likely What about those cool weekends when you go away after planning the whole trip? Why can’t you have a little thought every weekend about your meals for the week ahead? Do you want to reach your goals? Then your diet is as important as your training! These are my proteins for the week (shown in the picture) Meats are for lunch and fishes 🐟 for dinner, it doesn’t mean you have to do it this way but this is preferences. 80% of your diet should come from wholefoods and the other 20%…well you can have fun 🤌🏻 Life becomes less stressful and easier when you take your nutrition out the way of your weekly “decision fatigue load” so you can leave energy for more important decisions 🙏🏻 What’s the worst for you when it comes to diet? THIS BAD BOY IS BACK 🤘🏻 I can’t believe I lived 30 years of my life ignoring there was this thing called peanut butter 😭 We don’t eat it in Spain 😭 I had to move to London to open my eyes to a new food dimension 😂🤌🏻 I remember when I was a kid watching American series and how crazy they seemed to feel about it and I used to think “that thing must be sweet as hell man” 😅 Then in London I realised “what on earth, it’s basically like peanuts 🥜 sauce” 🤢 After a few times I thought “ok now I understand my childhood” 🤣 Anyway, I haven’t eaten peanut butter in months, I stopped buying it when I was in my deficit, it’s too difficult to track and it’s full of calories. I am back at it for a bit… These are the little tweaks you can do in your diet to adjust it to your goals. By the way… What do you prefer Crunchy or Smooth peanut butter? Team crunchy? AFTER A DEFICIT 📋 Food and meals I am sticking to right now to keep my current physique, slightly changes here and there depending if I am on a bulking phase or dropping some fat. I finished my deficit in Dec-January and currently I am not tracking much, maybe one meal a day but overall I am on a relatively relaxed state, meaning probably a light surplus. Summer is approaching so I might go into a maintenance soon and staying there for a couple of months, I need to debate with myself 🧐 Having said that, just a reminder if you are training to put muscle: - The fact that you increase your protein intake could make all the difference in your gains, if you don’t really know how much you are having I suggest you to track it 🫵🏻 Rule of thumb: if you train 3-5 times a week, hard, you should be taking in 1-2g of protein per kg of body weight. All you need is two cups of teff flour, one and a half cups of water, one whole chicken, four onions, and two tablespoons of berbere spice. 📝 Let's get cooking: 1. Blend two cups of teff flour and one and a half cups of water, let it ferment overnight for a minimum of 12 hours. 2. Sauté four onions until golden brown, toss in the whole chicken and sprinkle two tablespoons of spices. 3. Gradually pour in two cups of water and let it simmer for about 45 minutes until the chicken is tender. 4. One of my favourite meals to make at least twice a month 🤤 A protein bomb 😏😏 With this one your protein intake for the day is nearly covered 😂 joking but it is freaking good. Easy to make: I cook mince beef 🥩 with one full onion 🧅 and red peppers, maybe half? Depends on the size. Cook that first in the pan 🍳 Take a bowl 🥣 on the side and whisk 4 full eggs 🥚 Add salt 🧂 Last mix half of that mince beef, you can use 100-200g of that mince, with the eggs. Then, straight to the pan with some olive oil. Cook it both sides 😏 you’ll test your twisting skills. Done. 45-60g of protein 50-60g of fat Delicious. Drop a like if you enjoy this content! 🤓

It’s a fight out there 😅😅 When you are a sweet tooth and they put that in front of your face 😵‍💫😵‍💫 It’s hard sometimes, we all have weak moments but your goals have to be more rewarding than a temporary moment of satisfaction. Don’t get me wrong, I eat crap now and then… But wanting a result with your physique and expect not having to sacrifice certain things is an illusion. To be honest with you when I started training 20 years ago I never paid that much attention to my nutrition, I thought it was all about training as hard as you could in the gym for as long as you could… I never saw remarkable changes, for years. If your diet is poor you’ll have poor results, simple as that. Good news is, it doesn’t have to be complicated, your diet can be simple and yet have the requirements to make the difference. I know man, you might have kids, school, you have to go to work and that’s itself occupy lots of energy in your mind to think of what you eat. But you can do small changes, plan a little bit ahead, think that you can also inspire your kids to be healthier too. Breakfast and Alicia Keys…what else you can ask for? Heaven. The best song in history, if you don’t agree you are not my people 😜😜 I started to share a bit more what I eat on a regular basis and hopefully it helps you to understand that diet can be simple and yet being the perfect fuel to support your efforts with your training. I am in a transition right now after my cutting phase, after dropping 10kg before Christmas I didn’t really know if I was going to push a bit further that cutting phase and I am still there. I am not tracking food at the moment and I haven’t done any cardio, I am debating what I want to do. Maybe bulking a bit before summer 🤔 Anyway, these oats were just plain but I took a chocolate bar and use it as toppings, crunchy 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Do you like oats?

I admit it sometimes I can’t be bothered! I choose convenience most of the time if that allows me to save time and I can stay consistent. If your biggest obstacle to stick to your diet is lack of time to meal prep don’t be afraid to choose easy option that it might look “ugly” or less fancy. This is not about impressing people, it’s about your goals. Don’t make your goals more complicated than they should be… This is simple, not easy, but simple. Drop a like! Може да замените спелтата с овесени ядки,да добавите фурми или друг подсладител,сушени плодове ,а изцеденият плодов сок да замените с мляко или вода. 6 weeks post show. I’m up in some weight, struggling with a lingering rotator cuff partial tear, and have the craziest work schedule for December then I have had in many years. Chefs just don’t sleep in December. 🤪 My body is tired and things are just not in line the way I’d like (normal schedule, normal sleep, etc) but the positives are I have a great coach @teamelitephysique who adjusted my workouts to circuit training for this month and it’s helped me physically and mentally just to change it up. It’s better not to put my body thru the heavy lifts right now and I feel I can maintain this plan while dealing with the work stress. And yes I’m still doing my workouts even on days I work 16 hours. "The only time to look back is to see how far you've come" When @antoniogaudiano approached me to do a shoot months ago I initially thought "absolutely no" and questioned what was the purpose of it and why would I of all people do one 🤷🏻‍♀️😆 To me, photoshoots/fitness shoots all seemed a bit daft esp as I'm not a PT or working in the industry, but having done it now I fully understand how they are great way to push yourself out of your comfort zone and work towards a goal. This shoot was never about a big physical transformation/weight loss for me - it was all about my mindset and attitude towards myself - Antonio suggested it was a good idea for me to do it for my confidence and to "see myself through a different lense" (If you swipe across I managed to do just that) I've been doing online coaching with Antonio the last 6 months and although fitness and nutrition is a huge part of that, confidence, goal setting and pushing out of comfort zones are all areas Antonio really likes to tap into to get the wheels in motion for to think about what you're capable of. Body image and confidence are areas I've always struggled with since my teens after I spent the guts of a decade quite unwell trapped in an eating disorder - even when I got the weight part of under control my mind and inner dialogue was so warped for a long time afterwards. I have thankfully made a full 360 from that time in my life, however it's a chapter of my life I feel I'll carry until the day I die and will never forget - like most mental illnesses. At this stage of life I love to train and fuel myself because I appreciate my mind and body and all they do for me; but my inner critic is still there. This shoot was sooo out of my comfort zone and in the days leading up to it , I was onto Antonio to cancel it 🤣 but now that it's done, I'm like "who the hell is that?" and so proud of myself for doing it. One big myth women have is if they lift weights they will get “big” or “bulky” - let these pics squash that theory! It takes A LOT to gain muscle mass. As you can see in the first comparison pics I accomplished more than I had thought with gaining more muscle in the shoulders, glutes, and hamstrings even though I had a rough patch of health and healing. So I’m proud of that. Still a lot to work on for sure but that’s why I love this sport. It is the most challenging thing I’ve ever tried to do. You can see in the second comparison the “newbie gains” were insane. So if you really want to see a big difference in your physique ladies, hop off that damn treadmill and pick up some weights. (It helps to eat a high protein diet and get good sleep as well!) The last photo shows the progression from 2021 to 2023….it takes time!
