Cheers to 100kg back squats baby!!! 🥳🥳🥳⁣ ⁣ Honestly, this has been the scariest thing for me over the past 4 years as I heavily injured myself while lifting 100kg in 2020. This injury was mainly due to overtraining and sleep deprivation, which, for obvious reasons today, does not help. At that time, I was sleeping 5-6h/night and training 6 times/week which is obviously more than a non professional athlete can handle. ⁣ ⁣ This is the first time since then I overcame this fear and this makes me so happy as I have never felt so confident and strong in my life. ⁣ ⁣ ✨This is your sign to push your limits to the gym. ⁣ ⁣ ✨ But this is also your sign to stop overtraining and not resting enough. ⁣ ⁣ PS: it was easier than I thought 😋 I am feeling so motivated rn and I know that I have to build confidence again with 100kg back squats but I know I can handle it!! 🫶🏼
