Exhale as you lift your hips and pull the weight down in front of you. . Link in b!o . ◾️isometric bridge knee extensions : Exhale as you lift up into the bridge. Exhale as you extend your leg. Inhale as you lower it back down. ◾️Modification: Keep your hips on the floor. Engage your core and flatten your back into the floor before extending your knee. Exhale as you extend your knee. Inhale as you bring it back down. ✅Do 1-3 sets of 10-12 reps depending on time and ability level. ❌Do not hold your breath when doing these. ✅Keep your core activated while performing each rep. If you need to stop and reset your core, do so. CORE STRENGTHENING CIRCUIT: - do each exercise for 1 minute, back-to-back with no rest. after the 3 exercises (3 minutes) rest for 30 seconds, then go through the circuit again. do it a total of 3-5 sets through. 💥 - exercise 1: ab roll out or plank hold. exercise 2: russian twists or v hold. exercise 3: weighted toe touch crunches or crunches. - push yourself and do the best you can! then keep improving. 💪🏼

Что в конечном счете ведёт также к проблемам с телом, отсутствию энергии и к потере вкуса жизни. Link in b!o ◼️ Isometric reverse table top hold leg lift. Engage your core and exhale as you lift your leg. Inhale as you lower it back down. ◼️Modification: Recline back on the floor, engage your core exhaling as you lift your leg. Inhaling as you lower it back down. ✅Do 1-3 sets of 10-12 reps depending on time and ability level. ❌Do not hold your breath when doing these. ✅Keep your core activated while performing each rep. If you need to stop and reset your core, do so. if i could go back and tell my old self this i would 100 times. i used to do ab workouts religiously thinking it would magically get me abs but little did i know ! yes ab workouts and exercises are great for strengthening your core but they wont necessarily get you abs alone they say abs are made in the kitchen and its true ! we all have them but the reason its not 'showing' is because there's a layer of fat covering it - so being in a calorie deficit and burning fat will help, along with weight training as this also works your core when engaging it so don't stop doing them as like i said they're good to strengthen your core but don't do them with the mindset that its gonna get you abs because you'll be disappointed! also don't strive for abs - it can get obsessive and unhealthy and we don't want that! its good to have physical goals but its not the be all or end all and being healthy is the most important thing. so just make sure you're doing everything for the right reasons 🫶🏻 - - - - #wednesday #fit #fitnessmotivation #fitness #gym #gymmotivation #advice #fitnessadvice #gymadvice #motivation #wednesdaymotivation #ed #eating #diet #abs #abworkout #abworkouts
