Y’all have been staying on me about more full body workouts so here we go. 💃🏻🔥 It’s not my usual training style, but growth requires change so here we are… changing and growing and I’m bringing you with me! I’ve fallen in love with being strong and lifting heavy and although I’m not mad at it, it’s time to get out of my comfort zone again. I’ve been struggling for a few weeks now, trying to figure out how to get my workouts and diet to align with the my new goals but after last week, I feel finally good about my plan! This was my first time doing this workout, (and the first @quans_fit and I have done together in AWHILE) but after trying a few different styles of full body routines, I think this is gonna be THE ONE for a minute. Planning to stick with it for 6-8 weeks, along with my other workouts throughout the week and see how it all goes before I make any adjustments. 💪🏾Get ready to sweat it out! Try this full-body kettlebell workout for a total burn. From swings to squats, this routine will leave you feeling strong and energized! 1. Kettlebell Swings: Start with 3 sets of 15 reps. Keep your core engaged and swing the kettlebell from between your legs up to shoulder level. 2. Goblet Squats: Do 3 sets of 12 reps. Hold the kettlebell close to your chest, squat down as low as you can while keeping your chest up, then return to standing. 3. Single-Arm Rows: Perform 3 sets of 12 reps per arm. Hold the kettlebell in one hand, hinge at the hips, and pull the kettlebell up towards your hip while keeping your back straight. 4. Kettlebell Lunges: Complete 3 sets of 10 reps per leg. There is a time in the day when all the demons and bad things disappear, even if for a moment. This is one of these times. I am at @nakai.aveda getting my back waxed.
