I feel like I panicked and took the short rib out an hour or so before I should have; it didn't quite fall apart, but the 24-hour seasoning really blew me away. Sweet and Savory Pork Delight Recipe Ingredients: 3-4 pounds pork roast 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup honey 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon dried rosemary 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth Directions: In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
