⭐️ Homemade Syn free Tuna fish cakes ⭐️ So delicious and simple to make. Great with a salad for lunch. Here's what you need - X2 medium potato's X2 tins of tuna X1 tsp chilli flakes X1 tbsp dried parsley X3 spring onions X1 egg Boil and mash the potato's, I don't add any milk or spread to the mash, just mash as is. Put into a bowl with the tuna, chilli, parsley, egg and Chop the spring onions into it. Mix through and then shape into fish cakes. This recipe makes 6. Pop onto a greaseproof oven tray and cook at 180° for about 25 mins turning over halfway and they turn a lovely golden brown colour. Served mine today with a speedy salad, 45g Feta (HEXa) and synned x2 tbsp of sweet chilling dipping sauce (1.5 syns per tbsp) and x2 tbsp lighter than light mayonnaise (0.5 per tbsp).
