I’m totally delighted as my clothes feel so much more comfortable … and I have more choice in my wardrobe. 💜Hello💜 Im back. I have been gone for quite a few years and put on quite alot of weight. Ive had a traumatic few years with falling pregnant with my first beautiful baby girl. Pregnancy was traumatic but my little fighter proved everyone wrong was born into this world at 33weeks and 6days. She was a very poorly baby and eventually lost her life in December 2022 at nearly 3 months old. We got three precious weeks at home out of the NICU. AGE IS JUST A NUMBER 8 years ago I did my first Plymouth half marathon and said NEVER AGAIN!!! I have supported a local charity and their runners over the years and I was motivated to finally attempt it again running for this amazing charity. I was hoping for a 2:15 finish so am still in shock to finish in 2:02 and get a PB 🥇 let alone knocking 35 minutes off my original time!!! A Mexican inspired lunch today 😋 I was intending to have a favourite of sweet potato and mackerel but when I unpacked the groceries I realised I had forgotten to buy the mackerel 🤦♀️ So this is baked sweet potato with mexican style baked beans and salad. I only had normal baked beans in the cupboard, but they wouldn't have gone well with the sweetness of the potato, so I added Cumin, Coriander, Paprika, Chilli powder, Garlic granules, Salt and Oregano. I then decided it needed more tanginess so added tomato puree, lime juice and Worcestershire sauce. 🥩 Saturday night steak 🥩 You can’t go wrong with syn free steak and chips with peppercorn sauce can you 😍😍 My homemade chips were made by just slicing potatoes, spraying with fry light and then coating in @jdseasonings chips & wedges seasoning, before cooking in the oven at 200 until golden brown and crispy. 💫 You can use my code LOUPAM for discount on all your @jdseasonings orders, and all pots are syn free (ad) 💫 And for the peppercorn sauce I simmered 2 beef stock pots with a load of ground black pepper and boiling water for the entire time the chips were cooking. It needs quite a long time to reduce to produce a nice creamy thick sauce! When it was ready I mixed in a tub of lightest Philadelphia (this served five people) for part hexA 📯BUT HEAR ME OUT 📯 Philadelphia is NOT a hexA anymore, however when I lost a hell of a lot of weight on slimming world in 2015/2016 it was, so I’m going with that!
