๐ถ๏ธโญ๏ธSMOKY PORK CHILLIโญ๏ธ๐ถ๏ธ Saw this Slimming World recipe and just had to have it for tea this week. In two tbsp of water cook diced, red and yellow pepper, red onion, butternut squash, lean pork mince and 1 tbsp of garlic granules for 2-3 minutes in a pan. The add in 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, 1 tin of kidney beans in chilli sauce and 2x tbsp of @schwartz.uk fajita seasoning. Let it simmer away for 15 minutes until the meat is cooked and the veg is soft. Keep covered and stir regularly. This weekend Iโve sorted out my wardrobe. Iโve filled a charity bag and a bin bag, and have tried on every remaining piece of clothing I own to check whether it actually fits me. This is the result - six vacuum sealed bags of clothes that Iโm determined to fit back into one day. Being the geek that I am, Iโve categorised them ๐ค๐ค - 1๏ธโฃ bag to try again in one month as they were just a bit snug - 4๏ธโฃ bags to try again but not for at least 2 months as they were really tight! - 1๏ธโฃ bag where I will need to be a lot closer to my 9stone target for them to fit, but will try again in 4 months to see how much progress Iโve made. Also took a few pictures so I can hopefully do some progress comparisons!
