Yummmmmm 🥰 I made lamb doner meat using lamb mince (usually 5 syns but I grilled to drain lots of the fat and blotted with kitchen roll after so I’m calling it 3) with coriander, cumin, paprika and oregano. 🌶️⭐️SMOKY PORK CHILLI⭐️🌶️ Saw this Slimming World recipe and just had to have it for tea this week. In two tbsp of water cook diced, red and yellow pepper, red onion, butternut squash, lean pork mince and 1 tbsp of garlic granules for 2-3 minutes in a pan. The add in 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, 1 tin of kidney beans in chilli sauce and 2x tbsp of @schwartz.uk fajita seasoning. Let it simmer away for 15 minutes until the meat is cooked and the veg is soft. Keep covered and stir regularly.
