SYN FREE MINCE & ONION with MASH Fried off 5% fat beef mince until brown added chopped onion ๐ง (s) stirred and cooked through until onions softened, added a can of peas and carrots (s) sprinkled a oxo cube and added 150ml water until sauce thickened then placed in a dish and cooked in oven. My mash was homemade using ASDA already peeled potatoes boiled in a pan for 20 minutes until cooked through then added a splash of milk mashed together until mash was smooth and thick ๐ served with peas & carrots & gravy (2) total 2 syns just for gravy everything else was syn free ๐.
