📢 Tortilla fit Deliciosa opción para una cena proteica, liviana y nutritiva. ¿Te animas? Te dejo la receta para 2 raciones👇🏻 🔸️4 huevos M 🔸️1 calabacín mediano 🔸️200 gr. queso tierno 🔸️4 lonchas de jamón serrano 🔸️1 cda. AOVE 🔸️pimienta, orégano y sal al gusto 🔸️papel de horno 👩🏼🍳PREPARACIÓN: 1. Precalentar el horno a 180°C. 2. Cortar el calabacín en rodajas y ponerlos sobre el papel de horno en una bandeja. 3. Batir los huevos en un bowl y añadir el aceite, la pimienta, el oréganoy la sal. Añadir la mezcla a la bandeja de horno, además de las lonchas de jamón serrano. Hornear 10-15 minutos. 4. Cuando haya cuajado el huevo, añadir encima el queso tierno, apagar el horno y retirar. 5. Enrollar sobre si mismo y cortar en 2 porciones. 💡NUTRITIP: acompañar la tortilla con tomates Cherry tipo pera, que tiene un toque dulzón o alguna ensalada de tu elección. El jamón serrano se puede reemplazar por pechuga de pollo cocida, atún, jamón ibérico o heura. В состав начинки входит сыр пармезан, чеснок, базилик и пару куриных яиц, а вместо риккоты я использовал обычный творог. Так блюдо получается менее калорийным. Перед сборкой на дно формы выкладываем соус из рубленных помидоров, чеснока и набора итальянских трав. Цукини нарезаем на тонкие слайсы, скручиваем из них роллы с нашей начинкой и выкладываем в форму на томатный соус. Сверху также добавляем немного нашего соуса и по одному листочку базилика на каждый ролл, присыпаем натертым пармезаном и сыром сулугуни. В традиционном исполнении используют моцареллу. Ставим в духовку примерно на пол часа при температуре 200°C пока не зарумянится сыр сверху. Подавать это блюдо можно как в горячем, так и в холодном виде. Оно отлично подойдёт в качестве стартера перед основным блюдом или как альтернативная закуска к вину.
