Therefore, you are leaving lots of room for the amount of food you can have for dinner and for dessert, ending off the day completely in satisfaction And to help curb the hunger in the earlier part of the day, drink more water^ 3) Satisfying Your Cravings This is actually the key to my success in fat loss long term. Integrating your favorite food item everyday into your calories actually is productive for fat loss because you won’t feel the need to deviate from your diet while remaining in the deficit. Don’t be afraid of indulging. As long as the food item/dessert is within your calories, and you eat within moderation you will not run into any issues.
