Next 1 tablespoon of butter & in a separate dish combine 2 Tbsp white granular sweetener with 1/2 tsp cinnamon. When your chaffles are done, brush the melted butter on both sides and sprinkle both sides with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Recipe 2 tbsp almond flour 1 egg 1 oz cream cheese 1.5 tbsp @lakanto monkfruit sweetener 1/8 tsp baking powder 3 drops @sweetlifeflavorco vanilla (you can sub vanilla extract - about 1/2 tsp ). Makes 2 pancake chaffles. . Mix almond flour, egg, baking powder, cream cheese, sweetener and vanilla. Use the back of a fork to incorporate the cream cheese into the mix. Once fully mixed (a few little lumps are fine), plug in your dash. This mixture works best on a hot griddle. Pour on to fill the wells. Once it stops steaming, and you can lift the lid easily it's done. If you can't open the lid easily , let it keep cooking for a minute. . Top with butter and your favorite syrup, mine is @choczero! . Made these biscuit chaffles this morning. Fried a couple eggs in Earthโs Balance whipped butter then sprinkled some bacon bits so it cooked in the eggs, seasoned with pepper, put a slice of honey ham on each. I sprinkled a little cheddar on the waffle maker then put batter then a little more cheddar. Made it super crispy. These were good but for sure needed more seasoning.
