Cookie healthy, sans gluten ✅️, sans gras ✅️ et vegan ✅️ : . ➡️ Ingredients pour 4 personnes: - 2 bananes en morceaux - 300 gr de flocons d'avoine (sans gluten) - jus d'une petite orange - 5 cl de sirop d'erable - 1 cuillère à soupe de poudre de myrtilles sauvage ( Vous pouvez en trouvez sur @sante_sauvage ) - 50 gr de raisins secs (sans huile) - 50 gr de cranberries sechées (sans huile) - Un peu de sucre de coco (en option) . ⬇️ Préparation: - Dans un robot en S avec la lame pour melanger au lieu de la tranchante de preference, melangez les bananes, le sirop d'erable la poudre de myrtilles sauvages et le sucre de coco (si vous en mettez). - Ajoutez les flocons d'avoine, le jus d'orange, les raisins secs et les cranberries séchées. - Mélangez à nouveau. - Formez des petites boules avec vos doigts et ecrasez les sur du papier cuisson (faites les de la taille que vous souhaitez). - Enfournez pour 15 à 20 minutes à 180° en les retournant à mi-cuisson. . The base was tinned tomatoes and coconut alpro yoghurt which makes is creamy without making it fatty.. the bulk consisted of low starch veggies such as onions, peppers, mushrooms, greens, served with more greens and basmati rice. So, I’ve been exploring the raw food world and I must say, I’m loving every minute of it! Still high carb low fat, leaning more towards raw now. I know I know shocker 😅🫠 For deeper healing I have decided I needed further intervention with LOTS AND LOTS more variety and fresh. Our lives are always changing and evolving and our health can sometimes push us to more and more clean eating. Being gluten free oil free and sadly sesame LIGHT I can not have conventional breads/wraps so, after some debating I got the Hand Salads book by Lissa @rawfoodromance and have been killing it with loads of goodies building my healthy gut and hopefully experience even more wonderful healing. I know everyone finds themselves on such different journeys/paths when it comes to food. And with everything I’ve been learning/experiencing I’m just so grateful to never have given up on wanting to be healthy not just fit. I hope we all succeed in what we search for, for ourselves, of course within reason😅.. we all deserve to find our way and live safely/happily in it. Oat flatbread with a corn-potato-asparagus and mint topping.🌼☀️🌼 I made oat and hempmilk today and was left with the pulp. So I made oatbread. ( just spread it out and bake ) I baked the bread in the oven, turned it after 20 minutes and topped it with corncream ( corn, oatmilk, salt and a little tahini blended). I put very thinly sliced presteamed potatoes on top and baked it for another 20 minutes. Potato bowl ❤️ Steam potatoes🥔 , mash or put them in an food processor to make them extra soft and creamy (that’s why I always do) Mix with raw curled andive 🥬 or another type of leafy green you like, for example arugula or spinach. Top with a guacemole like sauce, I used 1/2 avocado 🥑 , a little lemon juice 🍋 , 3 cherry tomatoes 🍅 and a pinch of salt 🧂 and blended it till smooth. OATS are WORST. 1. It has protein known as avenin that reacts like gluten and is responsible for the gi track issue. 2. It contains Phytic acid that inhibits the mineral absorption. 3. It has Cadmium in high level, a heavy metal that is considered as a cancer causing agent. 4. Heute ist das erste Drittel meiner #75hardchallenge durch. Und an normalen Tagen, wenn nicht viel auf dem Plan steht, läuft es verdammt gut. An Tagen wie heute, wo abends noch ein Elternabend ansteht, ich länger gearbeitet habe etc läuft es eher holprig und was als erstes drunter leidet ist der Schlaf. Meist kommen dann nur knapp 6 Stunden zusammen. Zudem werde ich meine Ernährung weiter optimieren. Aktuell ernähre ich mich highcarb lowfat vegan, was ich auch weiter machen werde. Allerdings esse ich viiiiel zu viele Trockenfrüchte wie Datteln. Diese hauen natürlich Kalorientechnisch ordentlich rein. Ich werde somit meine Ernährung ab morgen mehr und mehr der Starchsolution anpassen. Hauptenergiegeber sind dabei Haferflocken, Reis und Kartoffeln. Dazu Hülsenfrüchte, viel Gemüse und morgens ein wenig Obst. Zusätzlich zur Vegane Ernährung bedeutet dies: kein: Zucker, Mehl, Öl, Nussmus, Samen, Avocado, Tofu und Fertigsaucen. Tasty Tuesday! Sage sweet potato gnocchi Ingredients 1.5 cups mashed sweet potato Sage 1/2 cup potato flour Directions: 1. Bake 2 sweet potatoes at 400 for 50 minutes 2. Remove skin and mash sweet potato or use a food processor until smooth 3. Place sweet potato on a clean surface with 1/2 cup potato flour and work it in until you have a ball of sweet potato. Don’t overwork it it’ll become sticky again. Add more potato flour as needed. 4. Once in a ball of dough, cut into four pieces and roll each piece separately into roughly half inch thick lines 5. Slice lines into 1 inch long pieces and place in a bowl 6. Heat a pot of salted water to boiling and place in water for roughly 3 minutes or until the pieces start floating to the top 7. Drain and place in a pan with 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of avocado oil. Just enough to lightly coat the bottom of the pan. If I don’t have avocado spray, I will put the oil in the pan and use a paper towel to spread it around to lightly coat it. 8. Put a few sage leaves in the pan with the gnocchi and cook and until golden brown 9. Place over a bed of greens or steamed broccoli with a dairy free cilantro avocado dressing

Delicious food today. Got a little bit of walking in but may have overdone it. Taking it easy now and hopefully I’ll feel well enough to film this week’s video. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to get it out tomorrow though, so I’ll have to post it on Thursday. :/ Breakfast: Homemade soy yogurt bowl. Plus a matcha. Lunch: Leftover mushroom/spinach/black eyed pea stir fry with a baked Japanese sweet potato. Also chopped up a heart of palm and stuck that on top. I had raspberries after but didn’t get a pic. Dinner: Raw veggies and hummus. Red lentil pasta with a white bean cheese sauce and broccoli. My new hack that I’m so proud of myself for is using the baby’s apple pouches for applesauce in baking. I’m a GENIUS! The baby gets annoyed though cause he just wants to eat his pouch, tough luck baby, Mama is making donuts! Recipes below, we have the ninja creami deluxe. Ninja creami chocolate 1 packet silken tofu 10 small dates 1tbsp cocoa powder 1tsp vanilla powder 1tbsp peanut butter Oat milk to fill Blend till really smooth then freeze. Apple cider vinegar donuts 1/2 cup milk 1tbsp apple cider vinegar 2tbsp coconut sugar 3tbsp apple sauce (or PB) 1/2tsp vanilla powder Whisk up these then add to: 1 cup self raising flour Fold together gently. If it’s too dry, add splashes of milk until pouring consistency. Spoon into donut moulds. Bake at 180 for 10mins

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a little update with you all. After almost 7.5 months on the carnivore diet, I've decided to bring this chapter to a close. While it did offer relief from my pain, my body had other plans. In the last 3 weeks I found myself battling chronic fatigue, struggling to find energy even after pushing through at work. My weight dropped to 46kg, with water retention in my legs, and my stomach issues developed leaving me with discomfort and a lack of appetite. Despite my efforts to adjust ratios and types of meat, my health deteriorated. I experienced bile acid diarrhoea throughout, along with a persistent ammonia taste in my mouth( which I ignored) I suspect my thyroid took a hit, impacting my metabolism and digestion. Although I couldn't muster the energy for blood work in recent weeks, I've committed to a full health check at the end of May. For now, I'm transitioning to a high-raw diet to detox and rebuild my strength. Today's breakfast was a refreshing mix of carrot juice, lemon, ginger, and watermelon, which left me feeling stronger in the gym. I truly believe in the power of our bodies to heal, and I'm grateful for your ongoing support and encouragement. I'll be documenting this journey with a video in a few weeks, aiming to shed light on the challenges I faced on carnivore and offer hope to others in similar situations. It's a sweetpotato cake 😍 I made 3 individuell crusts and filled them with a purple sweetpotato cream.💜💕💜💕💜💕💜 For the crusts, I mixed 1 cup of baked orange sweetpotato 1 cup of oatflour 1 cup of applesauce 1/8 cup of maple sirup With the help of my cakering, I formed 3 layers onto a nonstick baking sheet and baked them in the oven for 20 minutes . For my filling, I mixed 1 cup of cooked and mashed purple sweetpotato 1 cup of soyoghurt 1/2 cup of maplesirup 1/4 - 1/3 cup of oatflour. I filled my individuell layers first with a small amount of low sugar yam, topped with the sweetpotato cream and decorated with the fruit. Let sit in the fridge for 2 hours. Oooh good food today. I didn’t feel as hungry today, but I still ate about the same amount it’s only around 200 calories more than I normally eat; I’m seeing what happens. Testing it out. Breakfast: Homemade soy yogurt bowl with fruit, seeds, spices. Matcha. Lunch: Leftovers from yesterday’s lunch: napa cabbage stir fry with onions, garlic, various mushrooms, tomato paste, umami seasoning. Served on top of spinach for extra greens and seasoned with a little miso, dulse flakes, and a dash of teriyaki vinegar. Raspberries (not shown). Dinner: Raw veggies and hummus. Stir fry veggie blend seasoned with a dash of coconut aminos, umami seasoning, and a little nutritional yeast and 2 servings of another pasta recipe I’m testing for the blog 😋 whole grain pasta of course. I’ve found that I also enjoy the Chickapea brand pasta but the whole grain is cheaper so I tend to use that lol.
