Pasta la vista baby! Today we made pasta from scratch! Along with that we were tasked with sautéing vegetables and making grilled rosemary garlic shrimp! The pasta dough is made from eggs, flour, and salt. You start with making a mound of the flour. You then add the eggs to the middle of the mound and then start working the eggs and flour until it forms a dough. After you let it rest in the fridge, you roll it through a pasta roller. Then you cook it! We sautéed broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower. Grilling shrimp was fun too. Chef Lance said that my plate was very pretty! Janaiya and Chandler’s plates were pretty as well! Our food tasted great too!
