U příležitosti zakončení charitativní akce Česko Běží Modře ZLÍN 2024, která se koná v rámci dubnových osvětových aktivit o autismu, bude 28. dubna 2024 na náměstí Míru ve Zlíně slavnostně pokřtěno česko-ukrajinské vydání knihy dvanáctiletého ukrajinského autora na spektru autismu Makse Brovčenka – Planeta «A», kterou obohacují nádherné Maksovy obrazy. Přezdívá se mu „ukrajinský Picasso“. Na knize pracovali především lidé na spektru autismu. Tiskovou zprávu si můžete přečíst v ATYP magazín. Rovněž mnohé informace najdete v události Křest česko-ukrajinské knihy Planeta «A» Makse Brovčenka. Ein weiterer WTF-Moment aus der Marktsaison, weil einer ja nicht reicht: Ein Mann hat mich sehr detailliert über meine Bücher ausgefragt, aber er war irgendwie komisch. Man hat schon gemerkt, dass er gar nicht richtig zuhört (und die Fragen waren komplett nichtssagend). Dann meinte er so ganz aus heiterem Himmel heraus: „Sie können ja gar nicht autistisch sein, Sie haben mir schließlich bei der Unterhaltung in die Augen geschaut.“ Tief durchatmen, nicht ausrasten, sondern eher die Möglichheit ergreifen, aufzuklären: „Es ist ein Spektrum, und manche Autisten können manche Sachen besser und manche eben nicht. Ich habe Glück, dass es mir nicht sehr schwerfällt, Leuten in die Augen zu schauen. Und da ich gelernt habe, dass es höflich ist, mache ich das eben, auch wenn es extra Energie kostet.“ Er noch ein bisschen bla-bla, dann reicht er mir die Hand mit irgendeiner Floskel wie „War schön, Sie kennengelernt zu haben, Frau Baumann.“ Ich schüttel die Hand, weil man das ja so macht. Er – ihr ahnt es: „Sie können ja gar nicht autistisch sein, weil Autisten keine Hände schütteln können.“ WTF???? Hab ihn dann höflich gefragt, warum er es für eine gute Idee hält, das alles herauszufordern, wenn er doch weiß, wie anstrengend es für Autisten ist, all diese Regeln zu befolgen. Und dass sein Verhalten asozial ist. Sommerpause in meinem Marktleben! Vor einer generell sehr positiven Zusammenfassung meiner ersten Marktsaison möchte ich schnell noch zwei WTF-Momente mit euch teilen, und beide haben mit Autismus zu tun. Wenn man denkt, solche Leute tummeln sich nur in den Kommentarspalten auf Social Media … Ich wünsch mir manchmal mein Einsiedlerleben zurück, denn da kann ich solche Stimmen einfach abschalten. Kundschaft: Paar mit autistischem Sohn, alle drei Bücherwürmer, wir unterhalten uns angeregt über Bücher und Autismus (und meinen Autismus-Ratgeber). Also für alle Umstehenden war es klar, dass hier mehrere Autisten an der Unterhaltung teilnehmen. Kommt diese Frau, die an der Seite mitgehört hat, und sagt: „Autisten, das sind doch die, die ein bissl dumm sind.“ Mir fällt „ein bissl“ alles aus dem Gesicht. (Ich dachte, ICH wäre hier der Sozialbehindi.) Sie legt nach: „Bei denen läuft es ja nicht im Gehirn, die sind einfach dumm.“ Ich (klopfe mir heimlich auf die Schulter, dass ich ruhig und sachlich geblieben bin): „Ihnen ist schon bewusst, dass Sie gerade über mich reden?“ Sie: „Na Autismus kommt daher, dass man als Kind geimpft wurde.“ Das hat dann gereicht. Ich hab sie „rausgeschmissen“, bzw. einfach gesagt, dass ich dieses Gespräch äußerst unangenehm finde und es hiermit beende. Hab sie dann stehen gelassen und mich mit der Familie in der anderen Stand-Ecke weiter unterhalten. Später kam die Marktleiterin auf mich zu, man hätte sich über mich beschwert, weil ich unfreundlich gewesen wäre. Zum Glück ist sie direkt davon ausgegangen, dass das kompletter Blödsinn war. Bin ja froh, wenigstens da einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen zu haben 😅 Erzählt mir doch mal bitte euren bisher größten WTF-Moment, der euch ein Einsiedlerleben in Betracht ziehen lässt. Vlasy sú koruna krásy a pre krásu sa vraj trpí. Platí ✔️ Začalo to celé v čase, keď mala niečo cez 4 roky. Dovtedy mi počas pozerania rozprávky dovolila zapletať, koľko som chcela (a chcela som veľa 😄). Potom zrazu bam, uťalo. Bolí, au, nechaj ma, nechcem. Nemohla som česať. Zo zapletancov ostal "obyčajný", ako vraví svojmu copu. A ten potreboval časom silno uťahovať. Ak nebola gumka dosť zatiahnutá, šup odznova. O dôsledkoch som začala uvažovať vtedy, keď utiahnutý cop panoval na hlave aj počas noci. Skúšala som ho uvoľniť, ale to ma v noci čakala spŕška výkrikov a panika, prečo nemá svoj cop. A robil sa nanovo. Prešli sme si mnoho rozhovorov, fotiek zapálenéj kože na hlave, lupín v mieste copu....a trochu to pomohlo. Máme dohodu, že striedame 1 a 2 copy, česanie s konkrétnym jedným hrebeňom ako tak ide a zapletance sa zvyčajne nerobia od hlavy. Vo svetle tohto všetkého vám poviem, že keď vidím svoju dcéru s rozpustenymi vlasmi hrať sa s úsmevom, je to pre mňa krásny moment, taky do albumu 💜 Viem, že sa cíti naozaj dobre, pretože jej nechýba tlak z gumičky. Niekedy to trvá chvíľku, inokedy aj 1-2 hodiny, ale bohuvdaka aj za to. Malé kroky nás dostanú na veľké miesta. A ja som sa práve dnes cítila ako na vrchole, keď som začula "ešte ma češ, je to príjemné". Clube dos Autistas Amigáveis 🌼💓 Eu, especialmente quando era criança, sempre fui uma pessoa amigável, que tinha muita vontade de fazer amigos. E mesmo hoje em dia tendo bem mais receio na hora de iniciar conversas, ainda gosto muito de conversar, e com as pessoas mais próximas de mim as vezes até falo demais. Sim, eu preciso ficar sozinha com frequência pra estar bem. Muitas vezes também evito situações sociais porque qualquer interação é muito cansativa pra mim, gasto muito da minha energia. Mas eu sinto que as pessoas confundem muito ter dificuldade ou se cansar nessas situações com "não gostar". Ter questões e dificuldades na hora de interagir não é sinônimo de não ter vontade de conversar e fazer amigos. Pelo menos pra mim nunca foi! The bystander effect refers to the fact that people are more hesitant to identify problems and intervene to solve them if there are other people present. The greater the number of other people, the less likely it is that one individual will step forward. Setup 🪄 33 autistics VS 34 neurotypicals. They answered questions designed to determine how likely they would be to speak out if they saw inefficient or dysfunctional processes in their company, and whether their decision would be affected by the number of other people present.
