My kind of fast food….🍲 I’ve been making Poke bowls almost every day for the past couple of weeks as it’s a highly nutritious, protein packed, quick & easy dish to prepare. My go to ingredients are: *Sunrise Organic Brown rice (the only microwave rice I’ve found that does not contain oil) *Edamame Beans * Shredded carrot * Sliced cucumber * Seaweed salad * Sashimi grade yellowfin tuna ( marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar & sprinkled with sesame seeds) * Wasabi Just microwave the rice, place it a bowl, make the marinade, slice the fish ,add it to the marinade & let it sit while you prepare the other ingredients to place on top of the rice before adding the tuna last. You could also add chopped avocado (for a dose of healthy omega fats) or substitute the Tuna for Sashimi Salmon or Kingfish. So next time you want a quick & easy meal, why not try a poke bowl? Domáci bagel 🥯 ⭐200g špaldovej múky (použila som celozrnnú) ⭐1 vajce ⭐140g bieleho gréckeho jogurtu ⭐2 ČL PDP ⭐1 ČL soľ ⭐vajce na potretie ⭐semienka na posypanie (nemusia byť, použila som hnedé ľanové a sezam) Zmiešame si múku, prášok do pečiva a soľ. Pridáme jogurt, vajíčko a vypracujeme nelepivé cesto. Cesto si rozdelíme na 4-6 častí, podľa toho aké veľké chceme bagely. Urobíme si valčeky, ktoré spojíme do kruhu - konce spojíme. Potrieme vajíčkom, posypeme semiačkami a pečieme na 180°C asi 30 minút.

I’ve been asked for this Protein Waffle recipe several times so thought I’d post it here. -1 scoop Quest cinnamon crunch protein powder -92g liquid egg whites -75g Greek yogurt (I use Dannon Lite & Fit, coconut flavor) -50g blueberries - sugar free syrup (optional) Mix powder, egg whites and yogurt, then add blueberries. Raňajkové lievance ⭐150g hladkej špaldovej múky ⭐200ml mlieka ⭐1 vajce ⭐3 PL oleja ⭐2 ČL bezfosfátového PDP ⭐štipka soli ⭐môžete pridať sladidlo (ďatlový sirup, trstinový cukor, med alebo cukor) Všetko spolu vymiešame a necháme 15-30 minút odpočívať, aby múka nasiakla. Opekáme na panvici. Hotové lievance ozdobíme podľa toho čo máme radi. Ja som použila biely jogurt, domáci jahodový džem a poliala ďatlovým sirupom. Máte radi sladké raňajky alebo preferujete slané?

Tak určite vyskúšaj tento recept: ⭐Vajce ⭐Rajčiny ⭐Baby špenát ⭐Strúhaný syr ⭐Soľ a korenie podľa chuti Môžete pridať čo máte radi - šunku, kukuricu, šampióny... HIGH PROTEIN PANCAKE BOWL 46 grams protein!!!!! 1/2 c Kodiak Powercakes Mix (any flavor) 1/2 medium banana 1 scoop protein powder (I used @flex_brands Vanilla Whey/Casein) 1/4 c egg whites Toppings*: 1/4 diced strawberries 1/4 blueberries 3 tbsp powdered PB 2 tosp mini chocolate chips Sugar free syrup (use to mix powdered PB and drizzle on top of pancake) *This is what I used for toppings - you can use whatever you want Mix up the pancake ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Once a batter has formed, spread it evenly and then microwave for 1-2 minutes. Length of time will vary depending on what size of dish you use. Upgraded my normal piece of toast to a few slices of sweet potato toast😍🍠 I did two savory & two sweet. Zutaten für 4 Portionen: 2 kleine oder 1 große rote Paprikaschote 200 g grüner Spargel oder ½ kleiner Romanesco 10 Cocktailtomaten (rote und gelbe gemischt) 3 Schalotten 10 schwarze Oliven ohne Stein 2 Knoblauchzehen 2 El Olivenöl 125 ml Milch 8 Eier (Größe M) 1 gestrichener TL getrockneter Thymian 1 gestrichener TL getrockneter Estragon 1 gestrichener TLgetrockneter Oregano Salz, Pfeffer • Außerdem Salatbeilage nach Wahl 1. Den Backofen auf 180°C vorheizen, eine Auflaufform (ca. 20 x 28 Zentimeter) einfetten. Zuerst das Gemüse für die Frittata waschen und putzen. Die Schalotten schälen. 1 Schalotte in dünne Ringe und ⅓ der Paprika in schöne Ringe oder Streifen schneiden und beiseitestellen. 2. Vom Spargel das untere Drittel schälen, die Enden wegschneiden. Den restlichen Spargel in 3-4 Zentimeter lange Stücke schneiden. Romanesco in Röschen teilen. Oliven in Ringe schneiden. Die restlichen Schalotten mit der restlichen Paprikaschote fein hacken. Knoblauch schälen und ebenfalls fein hacken. Das Olivenöl in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Gehackte Schalotten, Knoblauchzehen, Paprika zusammen mit Spargel oder Romanesco darin 10- 15 Minuten andünsten. 3. Milch, Eier und Kräuter mit einigen Prisen Salz und Pfeffer verquirlen. Das gedünstete Gemüse in die Auflaufform gießen. Mit Eiermilch begießen und die beiseitegelegten Schalotten und Paprikastreifen, Oliven und Cocktailtomaten dekorativ in die Form legen. Herausstehendes Gemüse kurz in die Eiermilch tauchen, so trocknet es nicht aus. 4. Die Frittata 30-40 Minuten backen, bis sie in der Mitte gestockt ist und an der Oberfläche leicht gebräunt. Frittata in Portionsstücke schneiden und mit einer Salatbeilage servieren. Wer Champignons mag, sollte mal diese Tart ausprobieren ..dieses Gericht habe ich sehr gerne gemacht, als ich auf Diät war und sehr auf meine Ernährung geachtet habe. Diese Zeit kommt bald wieder 🫣.. Es ist Law Carb, sättigend und lecker 😋 Zutaten für eine 26er Tartform: Für den Teig : 200g gemahlene Mandeln 20 g Butter 1 Ei 1/2 TL Salz Für den Belag: 1 Zwiebel 250g Champignons 200g Gouda 20 g Butter Etwas gehackte Petersilie 200 ml Sahne light 3 Eier Salz Pfeffer Butter für die Form Zubereitung: 1. Den Backofen auf 180 °C vorheizen. Die Tarteform gut ein-fetten. Aus gemahlenen Mandeln, Butter, Ei und etwas Salz einen Teig zubereiten und in die Form drücken. Dabei einen kleinen Rand ausformen und den Teig mit einer Gabel einstechen. Den Boden im vorgeheizten Backofen ca. 10 Minuten vorbacken. Aus dem Ofen nehmen und die Temperatur auf 200°C erhöhen. 2. In der Zwischenzeit für den Belag die Zwiebel schälen und fein würfeln. Die Champignons mit einem trockenen Küchentuch abreiben, putzen und in dünne Scheiben schneiden. Den Gouda fein reiben 3. Die Butter in einer Pfanne zerlassen und die Zwiebeln darin glasig dünsten. Die Pilze dazugeben und so lange dünsten, bis die ganze Flüssigkeit verdunstet ist. 4. Den Gouda mit Petersilie, Sahne und Eiern verrühren. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Die Pilze auf dem Teig verteilen und die Goudasahne darübergießen. Die Form etwas hin und her bewegen, damit sich die Flüssigkeit gut verteilt. Dann die Tarte im vorgeheizten Backofen ca. 30 Minuten back Vor dem Servieren etwa 10 Minuten ruhen lassen.
