Here with a transformation for new friends following my life in this space. 👋🏽 💗 “How many of us are dying in the wilderness because we’re focused on the problem, not the PROMISE?” This was my third pregnancy in 2021. I gained 55+ lbs during my healthy pregnancy. Kaleb had no complications throughout my pregnancy, but he did come over a week “late”!😅 I had natural births with all of my babies, and Kaleb’s was the hardest PUSH. There was inflammation just about everywhere, I was ready to see his sweet face, and feel better. I was also nauseous most of this pregnancy. The very first picture on the left, I was 2 days postpartum. Home in my mommy diapers and ice pads… walking around the house + breastfeeding days.🥰🙏🏾 The picture on the right was yesterday, Kaleb’s 2nd birthday🎉💙 celebrating 2 years postpartum! The days, months, and years in-between were challenging to say the least. I did deal with moments of depression, anxiety, and found myself in mindsets I never thought I would be in as a Christ follower. Most of these moments were brought on by circumstances I did not choose. It was not caused by Kaleb… it was unforeseen problems postpartum that brought me in these low places. Life happens to everyone, and we are not in control of what others choose to do. I have learned much in the past 1.5 years how God truly uses prayer, the church, and counseling to reveal himself, and provide healing for lost and broken people. To bring peace, restoration, and answers in God’s word. Healthy Communication is so important. September 2023✨ I am strengthened. I am focused on God’s promises not life’s problems. I am a grateful mom of three. I am excited and honored to raise my children and provide a great life for them. I am confident in my purpose. Nate and I met almost 13 years ago on a blind date. I was told by a good friend that we had the same beliefs, morals/values, and I would like him.💙☺️ She was right☺️ ✨We started dating in the Fall of 2010💙 ✨I graduated from ISU in 2012🎓 ✨He proposed w/ purpose in 2012💍 ✨We got married in 2013🎊🥰 and I started my teaching career in Joliet💕 ✨Had our first lil baby in August of 2014👶🏽 ✨Started our business at the end of 2014🏆 ✨We began to build/grow an amazing team and community in 2015🙏🏾 ✨Our princess Jayden was born in December 2016👑 ✨I left my Special Education Teaching career to be full-time in our Herbalife Career in 2020🌱 ✨& the last of the crew, Kaleb, came to fill our lives with joy in September 2021👶🏽 A lot happened in between and after those life events! Everything happens for a reason, and I trust His sovereignty with every season. There have been some very hard hills to climb, and dark valleys to walk through… but we climbed/went through them together. Sometimes I found myself sitting in the valley. Guess what, nothing grows there. You have to find the strength to get out of your storm/valley/hurt. You have to move forward. You may be going through an unexpected season in life; I’ve been there. The best advice I could give you is to never stop praying. Open your mouth in praise and worship, talk to God in your anger and frustration, and get with wise people that have weathered your same storm (or have godly counsel) so they can help you through. The message is more important than the photos. I’m here for you if you need it.
