I know its a struggle finding the time to hit the gym I also have a business and a father of 2 little rebels and struggle with the whole time thing Half the time I’m in that much of a rush I forget if I’ve got any thunder pants on… So that being said here’s a few little time saving tips for you when your in the gym👇 1️⃣Get a set routine and workout Know what you’re training, what equipment you’re using before you get in the gym . This will stop decision fatigue and you aimlessly walking around scratching your arse wondering what to do apart from wasting time do sweet F’A 2️⃣Utilise training methods like Superset Training opposing muscle groups say Biceps’ Triceps straight after each other with no rest period is a great way of getting a quick yet effective workout in. 3️⃣Use Drop-sets To increase the volume of your training again like Supersets will speed up the amount of volume you get get done in less time. 4️⃣Lastly and my go to is.. Put your cap on headphones in and go into Get Fucked mode.
