Bodyweight: 96,7 kg Overhead Press • 5×45 kg, 5×52.5 kg, 8×60 kg Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press • 22 kg: 11, 10, 9 rep Wide Grip Pull Up • 10, 9, 8 rep Behind The Neck Press • 35 kg: 11, 10, 10 rep Wide Neutral-Grip Cable Rows • 80 kg: 8, 11, 10 rep Side Lateral Raises • 3 sets: 14 rep 7 kg Cable Curl • 20 rep: 11, 12, 11 kg All exercises after the main lift were supersetted. So dumbbell press + pull ups, etc. Workout took only an hour thanks to that. One thing I liked about the 70s powerlifter program (that I only ran for two weeks lol) is the high variety in exercises based on the main lift. So I’m applying that to 5/3/1. I’ve not used dumbbells for compound movements in a while.
