After a long walk this morning and some chores this afternoon, I was absolutely ravenous. Tonight, I've sat with some anxiety, and I had no idea why. I spoke to my friend, who I actually met at Slimming World, and we realised part of it is that I've been off plan for a couple of weeks. It's mentally bringing me down. I've been so lethargic and had no motivation. So, we've made a pact that a Sunday evening we will chat on the phone and do meal plans for the week, and do our shop together on a Monday morning. We've also decided to start C25K together. This won't start until the 10th because I have commitments beforehand, but it's in the calendar, and I have someone to kick me up the bum and vice versa. Since March, I've lost over 2.5 stone. These last few weeks, I know, will have me gaining some of that back. With this plan, I should get that back off and feel healthier mentally. I can't wait for that.
