Then I added the mayflower powder with water, let it simmer and added peas to cook😄 For the fried beef: 👉🏻marinate diced beef in soy sauce, honey, ginger and Chinese salt and chilli pepper seasoning 👉🏻put into the air fryer with chopped onions and broccoli 👉🏻season with more seasonings of your choice and put on 180 for 20 mins in the air fryer. Homemade Chinese Salt 'n' Pepper Chicken & Chips 🌶🥡 Forgot how good this tastes, not made it for such a long time! I used a 120g chicken breast sliced, each piece dipped in egg and then dipped again in homemade breadcrumbs (I used a slice of nimble bread whizzed up in my food processor with salt and pepper seasoning). A 200g potato peeled and sliced into chips, seasoned with salt and pepper seasoning and sprayed with oil. Both the chicken and chips cooked together in my Ninja on Air Fry for 15mins. Meanwhile I fried onions and peppers in a pan for 5 mins. And mixed 24g mayflower curry powder with 130ml water and heated in a pan till thickened. Once all cooked I mixed it all together on a serving plate, topped with the mayflower curry sauce and fresh chillies.
