My Deload week is coming to an end, and it was 100% needed and worth it. back at training tomorrow. I recommend taking a Deload week for every 6-8 weeks. For letting your body rest and recover. Remember you do not grow in the gym. losers that do not know the difference, always think the opposite. Growing real muscle tissue happens in the kitchen and when you’re asleep. The week is almost over with and the new week begins soon. Have any new Fitness goals or any goals in general? it do not have to be only goals. Can I train daily? Our EMS workout is only 25-minutes, but it equates to 2-3 hours of lifting weights at the gym. Our coaches are also Certified Personal Trainers, so each one of them is an absolute wealth of knowledge. Once I set a goal, I often get really excited to reach it, so I asked one of my coaches if I could train daily in an effort to reach my fitness goals faster. It turns out, when we exercise, we break the tiny muscle fibers in the muscles that we train. Over the next couple days, these muscles rebuild. This is how we end up getting stronger, getting more toned, and building muscle. If we were to break down these muscle fibers daily without rest, they would never get the chance to rebuild and the physical results would not manifest. It would end up being more hurtful than helpful. Furthermore, it could result in overtraining, which is very dangerous. For the 100th time, commit to a damn bulk! I would have nowhere near the amount of muscle I do now in the photo on the right if I didn’t push myself to get to the photo on the left. Now you don’t have to get as chunky as I did, but you need to gain some weight if you want to grow into a big strong lad. Fail to do this and you’ll remain a skinny milk drinker for the rest of your days? You want that? I thought not. So, you’d better get eating and training hard with accuracy and intent. Okay so now let’s talk about Latasha. This Queen inspires us daily. She started her journey also desiring to heal the patterns that were no longer serving her. I genuinely cannot overstate how amazing the @fatsecret_app is. No I’m not being paid by them. When I did our Unbound Strength Challenge back in Feb/March, I was using their website to find all my foods and tracking every day BY HAND on paper because I refused to pay $79.99 or some other ridiculous price for a tracker. I’m not a lazy person and that method suited my needs and my results were fantastic without spending money on a tracker. It was in the final week of my program that I realized they had an app (shows how adverse I am to ads on my screen) a friend pointed it out. Since then I have been using the app religiously. It is AMAZING not only that IT. IS. FREE!! Yes free. They have a paid version but as a trainer I cannot imagine needing anything more than the free version. It has just about everything. You can find all kinds of foods, you can scan bar codes, you can save meals, you can edit saved meals, edit serving sizes without losing what you have saved, you can set your goals, etc- I could go on and on. My point is, if you are one of @mechanolab’s clients you will be using this app and it’ll change your life. We link it to your trainer’s professional account so we are always in the loop to help you make the changes necessary to SUCCEED! Think calories in not calories burned☝🏼      Getting hung up on how many calories you need to burn to get to your weight loss goal??       This is one way to throw you off from your focus and what you should be paying attention to.      Trying to stay in a calorie deficit, you plug in the 500-700 calories your fitness watch told you that you burned,      Your app is now showing you that you're short of those calories, meaning you can consume that back in food...       But should you?       No.. because those fitness watches are 30-50% inaccurate on how many calories your body is actually burning off          It's cool to have that accountability, keeping you motivated with your steps, etc       But when it comes to determining your calories burned 👉🏼 don't take this as true data.         ⚠️More importantly, don't track those calories burned into your food tracking app⚠️      When I work with women on their fitness goals, I very clearly state that whatever their goals are       Is outlined in their training.
