The mango enhances the flavours of the avocado and prawns for a harmonious dish with a fresh taste.⁠ ⁠ #MondayMeal⁠ ⁠ #SaveThisRecipe⁠ ⁠ Ingredients:⁠ 🥑 2 perfectly ripe avocados⁠ 🥑100g cooked prawns⁠ 🥑Half a mango⁠ 🥑1 red onion⁠ 🥑1 small green chili pepper⁠ 🥑1 lime⁠ 🥑Coriander⁠ 🥑Salt and pepper⁠ 🥑Sesame seeds⁠ 🥑Rocket salad to serve⁠ ⁠ Preparation:⁠ 1. Finely slice the red onion and green chili pepper. Cut the mango half into small cubes, and cut three quarters of the prawns into small pieces. Place them all in a large bowl.⁠ 2. Cut the avocados in half and scoop out the middle (leave some flesh around the edges). Crush the removed avocado flesh with a fork and add to the large bowl.⁠ 3. Squeeze half the lime and add the juice to the preparation along with the chopped coriander. Mix together and season.⁠ 4. Arrange the sesame seeds on a small plate. I remember these changing rooms & the torture they put me through. Or should I say, I put myself through. At 46kg, at least 10-15kg less than I weigh here, I felt disgust trying on clothes. Seeing my body at all angles, picking apart the fat I thought was there when in fact, I was skin & bone. . Losing weight is NOT the answer to your confidence issues & body image problems. Losing weight made me more self-conscious & even now, when I’m trying to cut down a little, I get hyper-focused on my flaws & see “fat” more than ever. I try to disassociate with it though now & focus on my actions, not my body. . You’re beautiful & no amount of fat on your body will ever discredit your beauty. You’re capable of the most incredible things & the amount of fat on your body has nothing to do with your capabilities. Remember that🌻

Back to almost 💯 #carnivorediet #breakfast 🧈☕️🥓Buttered & salted coffee & Bacon (and water of course 💧) 💟 thankfully the low histamine diet calmed down my constant egg allergy response and I’ve been able to add back in my regular meat foods successfully! 🙌🏻 …Back in January, I had a near anaphylaxis reaction to eggs, and had to shift to a #lowhistaminediet 👉I only added in a few Whole Foods (most recently, raw broccoli and avocados) and had to shift my animal protein intake to low histamine, which was SUPER challenging. @carnivorejt was right; as he’s experimenting voluntarily currently. At first, you think all is okay and would make anyone think that Carnivore is BS, BUT then the health issues DO creep back in… ⚡️All of a sudden THIS week, neurological symptoms I haven’t experienced since I went Carnivore Diet back in September 2019, showed back up. (Constant sensation that I’m standing in a moving/bouncing parking garage, and when seated, vibrations under my feet that feel like a generator or something is moving vibrating under the floor; no matter if I was sitting or standing…) And MAN I am the sorest I’ve been post workouts then I’ve EVER been; I can’t remember a time when I’ve been more sore and my workouts have NOT changed!!! @anthonychaffeemd has mentioned this same observation in his interviews…When totally Carnivore Diet, RARELY do you experience or even notice muscle and joint soreness from workouts…. . Work has been awfully busy at the moment but with 10 days to go until @hyroxuk I’m making sure I’m giving my body all the good stuff. I haven’t been tracking for the majority of this year and I can’t explain how mentally refreshing it is. I hate to say this but my other half was right on this one! I tried to go back to tracking a few weeks ago and my anxiety went through the roof. There was quite a lot going on, but instantly removing tracking food and just eating intuitively saw a huge change. So we are challenging the brain and sticking with it because I feel good at the moment. Food is so important, and such a huge part of life so make sure you enjoy it! BREAKFAST - toasted rye sourdough with low fat cottage cheese, smashed avocado, honey & harissa sausages SNACK 1 - @myprotein chocolate protein wafers (I LOVE these!) LUNCH - chicken salad, ranch dressing and chips SNACK 2 - some @tonyschocolonely_uk_ire chocolate bites and @lindtuk chocolate wafer DINNER - jacket potato with homemade bean chilli and salad A delicious day!
