Hello, body sculptors and fitness enthusiasts! The pull up workout includes the following exercises in ascending order of complexity: 1. Bottom half pull ups 2. Bottom half pull ups (bicep grip) 3. Top half pull ups 4. Top half pull ups (bicep grip) 5. Behind neck pull ups 6. Full pull ups 7. Weighted pull ups 8. High elbow pull ups 9. Half muscle ups 10. Muscle up The whole workout should consist of 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps per each exercise 1-6. The exercise 7 is just an example of weighted pull ups (applicable to all exercises 1-6). The exercises 8-10 have the high complexity. You should start performing them when you can confidently perform the first 6 exercises (preferably weighted). Too hard? Don’t worry! Please use the pull up resistance band (10-30lbs) that will give you a necessary boost to perform all repetitions. Too easy? Don’t worry! Please use extra weight (10-30lbs) in all exercises. It will give you a necessary resistance to develop more strength. Follow the golden standard of progressive overload training and gradually increase the intensity of exercises every week (+2.5-5lbs extra weight per week). I wish you achieve your dream body goals! *compatibility reference* Occasionally I get asked about putting the @primefitnessusa prodigy pull-up attachment on a rack from @roguefitness or @repfitnessequipment so I figured I’d share here to reference later. It can be done- I’ve seen it- but prime uses 1/2” bolts and 5” hole spacing (2.5” spacing on that particular piece) on their crossmember so the best way to achieve this on a rogue or Rep rack is to remove the pull-up apparatus from the prodigy crossmember and use the two outermost holes, spaced 10” apart, on your existing crossmember. Best bet would be to get 1/2” to 1” adapters and some appropriate washers and use the 1/2” hardware from the prime piece. Like anything else, there are more ways to achieve the same thing - I’m happy to discuss any of the possibilities and answer any Q’s in the comments below

What has 10 years of training taught me? To be patient: things worth trying for come over time. Discipline: although I have my fun, I always make sure I always get my self back to what really matters. Gaining confidence: confidence doesn’t always come naturally, but doesn’t mean you can’t work on it. Hard work: always give something I want 100% whether it works or not, knowing I put 100% in is all that matters.
