Today is the start of month 3 on Wegovy for me! In my second month, I only lost 4lbs, bringing my total loss to 10lbs so far. I’m trying to stay optimistic, because the scale is going down (SLOWLY), and I’ve noticed some body composition changes! But it’s hard when I see other people dropping 30lbs in 2 months 😩😱 I had a slow loss after my gastric sleeve, too. My body just really doesn’t want to part with this fat after 30 years 🤣 I’ve continued to learn a lot this month! I have to eat every 3-4 hours or I start to crash, so I am being more intentional about my food! Hydration is still key, including getting electrolyte drinks in to replenish from my workouts! My goal for month 3 is going to be more steps!! Last time I tried it on, Dec 23, it was around 10inches from zip meeting and I felt like the she-hulk and that I might rip out of it if I tried to move my arms 😢 I didn't even take a picture, damn, as couldn't move arms and was so disgusted with myself. I've really struggles over the past week to find things that haven't made me... well gag... tastes have definitely changed which had thrown me! Meal replacement shake and most other liquid things on my list that I can have in my liquid stage just make me gag now which is super helpful!! But @alpro high protein chocolate milk is perfect!! It's not got a massive amount of protein compared to shakes etc. It has 5g per 100ml BUT I figure that is so much better than no protein at all!!
