A little update as I haven’t really posted much over the last few days! Throwback to Monday when we went holiday shopping and had an adult lunch date which was obviously off plan 💕 Then it all went downhill from Tuesday! Woke up with a horrible headache & bellyache, then ended up throwing up for most of the day and spent 2 days in bed. Still not 100% now with bellyache, backache and a headache! Not sure if it was some sort of bug or if it’s these flipping tablets affecting me.. I haven’t been right for a while now! But I’ve got an appointment with the dermatologist later so hopefully I’ll get some answers! Also eager to know where I stand with the exercise front too.. never thought I’d say it but I actually miss running! Chicken & halloumi Greek flatbread 🤤 This was meant to be a chicken wrap but I picked up the small flatbreads by accident 😂 so instead I turned into a fancy flatbread instead!! 🧀 🍞 CHEESE ON TOAST🍞🧀 Scrolling through instagram trying to find some motivation & meal ideas I came across a stunning picture of cheese on toast! The decision was made that’s what I was having for breakfast HexB- 2 slices of wholemeal bread HexA- 45g vintage spreadable cheese- now this was way too my toast so the left over I used to dip my apple in and let me tell u it was UNREAL 🤤😍😋 I did a bowl of fruit alongside the apple for more speed food filling power. My morning reality as a Type 1 diabetic 💉💊☕️ I always have to start the day with injecting my slow release insulin and then my fast activating insulin for the meal I’m about to have. I do this around 20 minutes before I eat and I have to calculate my insulin dosage based on the carb ratio of my meal. Getting back on plan can be tough when blood sugar levels drop and I’ve got to treat the hypo and I’m guilty of being too mindful of syns rather than just treating my hypo. Dinner tonight was Italian Style Salmon from the @slimmingworld website. I couldn't get a cauliflower so had to leave that out but the sauce is also made with red peppers, passata, tomato puree, garlic, Paprika, Italian herbs and Oregano. All syn free. My soup maker was hands down one of the best investments I’ve made since starting my @slimmingworld journey. Although I must confess all i ever make is broccoli & cheddar soup 🙈😂 🥦 🧀 What’s your go to soup recipe? Please share with me & stop me getting stuck in this rut 🥴 I love my soup really thick so I do 1 potato, 1 onion, 1 broccoli head, veg stock cube & fill water to the minimum line then set to smooth. 21 minutes until it’s ready and I stir through 30g cheddar for my healthy extra A. I use full fat cheese as I hate the taste of low fat. I don’t feel like it has any taste and I love a strong mature. You might get a few grams extra of the low fat but since it tastes of nothing 30g of the good stuff is plenty 👌 Very hungry today 🐷 so I also stuffed a Warburtons wholemeal soft pitta with chilli cheese, ham & salad. Gain Big…Lose Big🙌🏽👏🏽 After being dum and eating like an absolute horse for some weeks and gaining 11.5lbs I kicked my butt into gear smashed this week with healthy eating 👏🏽🙌🏽Im very happy how this week has gone🥰 When people say to me that gain can’t all be fat🤦🏼‍♀️ please stop saying this. I’m a plus size woman who has PCOS so if I look at a biscuit I’m in trouble. Iv eaten ALOT of high fatty foods in quantities so yes it is 11.5lbs. After not sleeping properly again last night, we got up super early and headed to the gym first thing whilst my husband took the car in for its mot! I done 1km uphill speed walk and a 1km run.. first of any running I’ve done all week, I’ve missed it! Really hope I can get out there again properly asap! 🤞🏼 I also managed a quick row and a good strength session! Yesterday felt good getting back on plan after my sulk the day before 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 We did have an Indian in the evening, but I had my usual which I absolutely love! Plus, loads lower in syns than a full on curry, rice & nan! Chicken and chorizo lemon garlic gnocchi 🤤 There’s just something about gnocchi that soothes the soul! We’ve not had it for a while i think we slightly OD’d on it at one point and I fell out of love with it! But oh my word it’s just as beautiful as I remember 😮‍💨 Chicken in Italian seasoning, chorizo, homemade cheesy garlic & lemon sauce with gnocchi and parmesan … perfection 🤤

Weigh day! ⚖️ Maintained… gutted! And I’d be lying if I said I haven’t been sulking all day and eaten my feelings 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 Could be a mixture of things… but just gutted as I’ve tried so hard this week… probably the best week I’ve had in a long time too!! ✨ Weight Loss Wednesday ✨ I bought these jeans in the next size down a month ago thinking I’d fit into them! I was pi*sed off that I didn’t so I set myself a challenge to get into them in the next two months! Totally forgot to post yesterday! But it was on plan again! 🙌🏼 I had one of my fave breakfasts in the morning before dragging myself to the gym! I really fancied some sushi.. so popped to Aldi and their new XL range is finally on the app.. only 3.5 syns.. which is amazing!! Guess who put their big girl pants on, went to group AND weighed in! 🤪 It wasn’t pretty… +5.5lbs and well deserved after eating like an absolute pig the last few weeks… chocolate has been the biggest thing for me, I just can’t help myself!! It’s a massive trigger food too.. I just can’t have a bit either, it’s all or nothing 😂🐷 BUT I need to get back on track and refocus now before it spirals even more out of control and I end up undoing all my hard work and end up being miserable again.
