10 kilómetros de pura emoción, amor, perseverancia, entreno, disciplina y esfuerzo 😮💨🥇🩷 Enamorada de haber vuelto a este deporte que por mucho tiempo abandoné por miedo y por poca confianza en mi misma. Hoy vuelvo para nunca más irme pues esta vez tengo grabado en mi mente de que puedo esto y más. Hace dos meses exactos que volví de lleno, sin fallar y he visto mi rápido avance, como si de alguna forma mi cuerpo se acordara de lo que lográbamos años atrás. Primeramente darle gracias a mi Señor amado, quien me da la vida, la salud, la energía, la mente positiva, las ganas, la confianza, la perseverancia, el esfuerzo y la disciplina, me da unos pulmones fuertes y sanos para oxigenar mi cuerpo, un corazón sano y fuerte capaz de desafiarse a sí mismo, una mente imparable, y unas piernas fuertes, sanas, apañadoras y obedientes 🤍. También darle las gracias a mi esposo @brunoeduardo.rs quien me motivaba cada día y me sacaba a entrenar cuando no tenía ánimos ni energía después de un día largo de trabajo. Cuando muchas veces sacrificaba su entreno para acompañarme a correr cuando ya era muy oscuro y peligroso. Gracias a mi amigo David @david_exequiel_alarcon quien también me ha enseñado mucho y tb me motivó a correr. 🇮🇹Fucino Half Marathon conquistata. Prima metà gara allegra, ero convinto di fare PB. Poi crisi nella seconda metà ma tempo comunque decoroso anche se più lento di domenica scorsa alla Pedagnalonga. Hanno influito il caldo e il percorso un po’ monotono (3km ad Avezzano e poi 9 km di rettilineo in campagna ad andare e 9 di rettilineo a tornare). Soddisfatto comunque per aver chiuso due mezze maratone in due settimane, non mi capitava da febbraio 2023. . 🇺🇸Fucino Half Marathon conquered. Cheerful first half of the race, I was convinced to make PB. Then crisis in second half but still decent time although slower than last Sunday at Pedagnalonga. The heat and the somewhat monotonous course (3km to Avezzano and then 9km of straight country to go and 9km of straight back) were influential. BIEG PO ZDROWIE 😉🍍 W dniu dzisiejszym odbył się 43 BIEG SIARKOWCA w Tarnobrzegu na dystansie 10 km (Machów - Jezioro - Rynek). Startuje w zawodach z nadzieją, że "coś" zaczęło się poprawiać w moim układzie oddechowym 😁 bo ostatni miesiąc tego nie pokazywał i sezon zaczął się z Wielkim falstartem. Bieg zaczyna się wg planu i.. do 7km jest okay. Potem jednak ta sama "śpiewka z płuc" i trochę odcina prąd. Kończę z czasem 39:24, średnie tempo 3:56 Miejsce 37 OPEN, w kat. Kurz das frühe Aufstehen verflucht, was allerdings für angenehme frische Temperaturen für den Lauf gesorgt hat. Getragen von der tollen Stimmung lief es einfach gut und im Ziel waren sooo viele glückliche Gesichter. Für mich war es der erste Lauf in Hamburg und definitiv nicht der letzte. Dziś udało Ci się zrealizować plan minimum, czyli ukończyć maraton w czasie poniżej 4 godzin. Pomimo świetnego początku, ostatnie 12 kilometrów było wyzwaniem, gdzie musiałem zmierzyć się z własnymi słabościami i przekroczyć granice swojej wytrzymałości. Trudno, było jak było. Maraton to maraton, albo jesteś przygotowany na 100% albo cierpisz i umierasz. Za rok trzeba sie przygotować. Wow. What a day. Thank you so much to everyone that donated their hard earned cash to the MIND cause. We raised £350 to a great charity #norfolkandwaveneymind. Quite a few people that I have spoken to have commented on what a great charity it is. I agree wholeheartedly 👍. The link is in my bio if anyone does feel they would like to contribute to an awesome cause. The Norfolk Marathon Review Training was difficult and if I am honest I was undercooked going in to this race. The race was really well organised and started in a housing estate. Due to the course being mostly on country roads there was quite a bit bunching for the first four miles but it soon evened out. The course was hard with a lot of Norfolk hills after 19 miles. Heading towards the finish we went for a trip back round the housing to a large cheering crowd giving you the motivation to get up that last hill and collect my medal 🏅. Finishing with a time of 4:20:50 which is an official PB for me. 👊🤙🥳 Three special people in my life need a very special mention without their support and love this would be so much harder. Today whilst I was running round in a big circle they were sat in the car whilst the rain fell. They are amazing ❤️👏 @s_dungay

Zu allererst: YEAAAAAHH ich darf mich ein Marathoni nennen 🤩🤪 Nun zum weniger schönen Teil: Beim Pacermaker für die 3:45 eingeordnet und geschmeidig ins Rennen gestartet. Recht schnell gemerkt, dass mehr drin ist (dachte ich zumindest) und aufs Tempo für die 3:29 erhöht. Lief bis Kilometer 25/26 super rund. Doch die Sonne wurde immer stärker und ich hatte mit der Hitze richtig zu kämpfen. Kreislauf meldete sich, also Tempo raus und an der nächsten Verpflegungsstation Kraft getankt. Pace für die 3:29 war aber nicht mehr drin, also auf Nummer sicher gegangen. Bei Kilometer 33/34 mich gefragt, was zur Hölle ich hier eigentlich mache. Als Dank krampfte ab Km 37 mein rechter hinterer Oberschenkel. Also Boxenstop, Beine massiert und anschließend ins Ziel gekämpft. Ich denke, die verletzungsbedingte Vorbereitungszeit von nur 6 Wochen war für den ersten Marathon dann doch alles, aber nicht ideal 🫣 Naja, dumm ist der, der Dummes tut… Wenn es ein nächstes Mal geben sollte, dann mit einer korrekten Vorbereitung 🙌🏼 Ich hoffe, es sind alle gesund durchgekommen. No i jest🤩 PB Alert - jak obiecałem tak zrobiłem. Powalczyłem - a warunki naprawdę zmuszały do walki… było gorąco, wietrznie i kilka podbiegów nie ułatwiało sprawy… Najważniejsze - tym razem bieg rozegrałem bardziej rozsądnie, pierwszy km można było lecieć bo było z górki ALE wiedziałem, że to zakończy moje plany podobnie jak w Krakowie przed dwoma tygodniami. Przez kolejne kilometry było ciężko ALE dało się wytrzymać. Problemy zaczęły się na wybiegu z tunelu na 8km. Ponownie kolka i tempo stanęło chociaż planowałem ostatnie 2km pobiec mocniej. Nie dałem rady… każda próba zwiększenia tempa powodowała ból i problem ze złapaniem oddechu, więc dobiegłem do mety już na spokojnie widząc, że z życiówki kilka sekund się uda urwać. Dokładnie 12 sekund. I chociaż do sub43 jeszcze trochę brakuje, małymi krokami się zbliżamy do tej granicy😍 Oficjalnie więc 43:09 @activelifeenergy dziękuję za zaproszenie, organizację i genialne wsparcie😁 @maratonlodz - genialna organizacja - wielkie gratulacje 👏👏 Genialnie było spotkać się z #ALEteam - genialna ekipa🤩 Świetnie było też spotkać wielu znajomych z całej Polski🤜🤛 Gratuluję startów, wyników, życiówek i pokonania swoich trudnych chwil podczas zawodów. DOZ Maraton Łódź przeszedl do historii, a ja śmiało mogę stwierdzić że brawurowo go... zmęczyłem 🥴😓 14 km poniżej założeń.. a potem wszystko pod wiatr i grzejące słoneczko no i ambitny plan odjechał 😉 I choć wiem w którym miejscu jestem i ile czeka mnie jeszcze pracy to ryzykowałem by potem ewentualnie nie żałować. Mein Racebericht von meinem ersten großen Halbmarathon: Im Startblock fing ich auf einmal an zu zittern aus Respekt. Machte mir Gedanken wie, schaffe ich das in meiner gewünschten Zeit von 2:20:00 🤔 Erstmal über die Startlinie schaute ich ständig auf die Uhr, damit ich am Anfang nicht zu schnell los lief 🏃🏼♀️ Die Sonne schien und es wurde von km zu km wärmer 🥵 Ich freute mich, wenn ich im Schatten laufen konnte. Ab km 8 am Hafen dachte ich, oh jetzt so ein schönes Fischbrötchen 🐟 An der Alster wollte ich nicht mehr und fragte mich, warum ich mir das antue. Ich wollte schon die Fahrradfahrer vom Rad stupsen und mit dem Fahrrad fahren 🚴🏻♀️ Die letzten 5km schaute ich wieder ständig auf die Uhr und schwor mir, dass ich dieses Jahr keinen Wettkampf mehr laufen werde. Wieso tut man sich das überhaupt an? 🫣 Die letzten km liefen meine Beine von alleine und ich konnte nicht mehr denken 💭 Im Ziel stoppte ich meine Uhr und sie sagte mir, dass ich meinen schnellsten Halbmarathon gelaufen bin 💪🏻 ICH HABE MEINE ZIELZEIT GESCHAFFT! ✌🏻 Mit der Medaille 🥇 um den Hals heulte ich einfach los.
