So I have been complaining recently of my steady weight gain and Uchechukwu Bridget got tired of my whining and sent me a DM. She promised to gift me a slimming tea when I return to Bayelsa. You might have noticed the repos get longer as the session goes on. Normally the reps get shorter. No, I haven't copied it out backwards. The idea here is that you are training your legs and your head. Your leg muscles will get better at clearing and using the lactate that forms as the session goes on, ultimately improving your ability to run faster longer.
