Top Power Curl 150lbs for double... Also retired from Leg Press today with a farewell workout of 3x1: 316, 496, 676lbs. So apparently squatting, leg pressing, bent over rows, deadlifts and Rack Pulls all activate an old injury and that's what's been messing up my recovery. Pretty happy with today's overall session making good progress and was feeling pretty pumped in photo.- This is a little bit of a breakdown what I did for Chest today. _______________________________________________________ - Free Weight Barbell Bench Press. 💪 - Flat Bench. - X5 sets of Consistency X1 heavy set on x1.-95kg- Heaviest I could do today due to back i did however still manage 7 reps today. - Incline Bench. X5 sets of Consistency X1 x1 Rep Max.- 80kg-Heaviest same about 6 -7 reps. ________________________________________________________ - Dumbell Chest Press- Flat X3/X4 set's - Dumbell Chest Press- Incline X3/X4 set's. - Dumbell Chest Flyes X3 X4 Set's I also did 4 sets on cables upper chest, mid chest, lower chest. - I also did Pec Deck and Chest Press Machine, this was something I did aswell I did all the above i do incoperate them in my training program also did 4 sets of them aswell.- So, on a weekly basis, when I train Chest do incline, decline, and flat Bench chest pressing so you attack your chest muscles from all angles.
