Weekly meal prep is something I like to do to make my life easier throughout the week. Healthy and easy marry me chicken pasta 🔥 by @liz.bitesback Just another recipe to show you, you don’t need to eat plain flipping chicken and rice to be healthy🤝 Ingredients: 70g tagliatelle 25g of lightest cream cheese 1 stock pot melted in 1/4 cup of boiling water 20g of Sundried tomatoes 120g of raw chicken breast Handful of tomatoes and spinach 10g of light grated cheese 1/4 cup of soy milk 1/2 red pepper 1/4 of an onion Salt/pepper:chicken seasoning Method: 1. Slice the chicken, tomatoes and onion and fry it for 7 minutes with a pinch of salt/pepper/chicken seasoning 2. Boil the tagliatelle for 8-10 minutes until it’s soft. 3. Add the milk, cream cheese, spinach and stock water. Keep stirring on a medium heat until the liquid condenses. Add the pasta and the cheese after a couple of mins 4. Mix together and enjoy! 5. Life is better when you eat pink 💘 bhai @cherylshealthylife Turn roasted beets into this creamy & flavorful BEET RICOTTA CHEESE PASTA! I am a beet girl & if you don’t like beets-be prepared to change your mind with this pasta recipe💗 When the beets combines with ricotta it makes the best rich sauce. Perfect for a fun & family weeknight meal. Use any pasta shape or style you want & if you don’t have time to roast beets you can use pre-steamed ones. Ingredients- 1 pound pasta of choice 1 pound of beets about 4 medium/small 2 tbsp olive oil 1 shallot unpeeled 4 garlic cloves unpeeled 2 cups of ricotta cheese whole milk divided 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1 lemon zested & juiced 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp salt Pepper 1/2-3/4 cup reserved pasta water Toppings- whipped ricotta Crushed pistachios Parmesan cheese fresh mint Olive oil Flaky sea salt Preheat oven to 400 degrees & line a sheet pan or dish with foil. Wash your beets well then drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil, S&P on the beets & rub together. Wrap them with foil tightly then place them on the sheet pan. Do the same thing with the garlic cloves & shallot. Cook in oven for 35-40 min until the beets are tender. The shallot & garlic will be ready in 30 min. Boil salted water for the pasta while the beets cook. Once beets are cool to touch- rub the skin together with a paper towel until the skin comes off or you can use a peeler. Add all of the ingredients including 1 cup of ricotta & 1/3 cup of the reserved pasta water (you will use more water later) blend until it reaches a smooth consistency. Pour into a pan to warm up a little using more pasta water to thin out. Add the drained pasta to the sauce & mix together until combined adding more pasta water if needed. Add the other 1 cup of whipped ricotta & lemon zest to a small food processor & blend until creamy. Top the whipped ricotta on the pasta including the other toppings-Parmesan, olive oil, fresh mint, pistachios, S&P Enjoy!!

NO BAKE CARAMEL PECAN PIE BARS✨ by @olivia.adriance ooey, gooey, and insanely decadent, this no bake dessert needs to make its way into your holiday spread!! I love a no bake dessert during the holidays when oven space is so coveted. These bars are also a make-ahead dessert so you don’t have to fuss when the big day arrives! Let’s make them👇🏻 Ingredients: 20 oz (about 1.5 cans) full fat coconut milk 3/4 cup coconut sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 3 cups pecans Crust: 1 cup pecans 1 cup rolled oats 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 3 pitted dates 3 tbsp maple syrup 3 tbsp coconut oil Directions: Add the coconut milk, coconut sugar, and salt to a small sauce pan and bring to a boil Boil for 3-5 minutes then reduce to a simmer Simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture becomes a deep amber color and thickens (stir frequently during the last 5 minutes) While the caramel is simmering, make the crust by adding all of the crust ingredients to a food processor and pulsing until a firm dough forms and there are no large chunks Line an 8x8in dish with wax paper and press your crust into the dish, forming an even layer Chill the crust until the caramel pecan topping is ready Once the caramel has turned a deep amber and thickened (consistency should be like a thick sauce) remove from heat and whisk in the vanilla and pecans Set aside to cool slightly before pouring over your crust in an even layer Leave to set overnight in the fridge or for at least 4 hours Serve chilled Store in the fridge for 5-7 days ENJOY! VIRAL TORTILLA QUICHE ✨ by @jshealth We thought it was about time to jump on this trend and see what all the hype is about! Our verdict? This trend is a winner ⭐️ SO easy, and you can use whatever veggies you have in your fridge. Highly recommend adding in chopped rosemary and olives if you have some... delicious! We also went for a mix of egg and cottage cheese to amp up the protein content, plus help the eggs rise a little. Have you tried this trend yet? Ingredients: - 1 wholemeal wrap or tortilla - 4 eggs - 2 heaped tbsp cottage cheese - 5 cherry tomatoes, halved - 4 button mushrooms, sliced - Sprinkle of sliced olives - Chopped rosemary, or herbs of choice - Sea salt & pepper - Parmesan cheese Method: Preheat the oven to 200C or 395F. Place a wholemeal wrap in shallow cake tin or baking dish. Add in the eggs and cottage cheese, season with sea salt, black pepper and chopped rosemary. Whisk until combined. Add in the sliced mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of olives. Finish with parmesan cheese and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Slice and serve!

Shaved brussels sprout salad with pomegranate, apple, dried cranberries, candied pecans, shaved parmesan and a creamy lemon dijon vinaigrette by @crowded_kitchen It’s absolutely packed with different flavors and textures, and it’s refreshing, tart, sweet, salty and perfect for the holidays. And yes, you can make it in advance! It tastes even better after sitting in the fridge for 12-24 hours so the brussels have time to soak up lots of flavor. When it comes to shredded brussels sprouts, you can either use the shredding attachment on a food processor, a mandoline, a knife (if you’re super skilled!) or the easiest: just buy them pre-shredded at the store. We like to shred them really finely so you don’t get any huge pieces. Serves 6 Ingredients: 12 oz shaved brussels sprouts, stems removed (we also like to remove the cores but this is optional) 1.5 cups pomegranate arils 1.5 cups honeycrisp apple, diced 1 cup pecans, chopped and candied or just toasted (optional - let me know if you want the recipe!) 3/4 cup dried cranberries 3/4 cup shaved parmesan 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1.5 tablespoons freshly lemon juice 1.5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons dijon mustard 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper Using the shredder attachment on your food processor, an mandoline, a knife, shred your brussels sprouts into 1/16” shreds. You can also buy a bag of pre-shredded sprouts. For a better texture, cut off any extra woody stems on the sprouts. For the BEST texture, use a paring knife to cut out the core of the sprout. Combine the brussels sprouts, pomegranate, apple, pecans, cranberries and parmesan in a bowl. Whisk together all of the dressing ingredients, pour over the salad, and toss. Let the salad sit for about 30 minutes before serving. As it sits, the acid in the dressing will soften up the sprouts. Serve with extra parmesan, pomegranate, and pecans.

Sunday meal prep! -5 Ham, roasted red pepper, and Swiss cheese egg bakes for breakfasts! -Salads for lunches in my new super cute salad bowl from @elloproducts I am obsessed with this container! It has 5 compartments, a dressing cup, and a huge bottom bowl for lettuce and other veggies! -big batch of cooked veggie mix. This week I did zucchini, onion, red peppers, and mushrooms -pre cut peppers and onions for chicken fajitas -boiled eggs Meal prep took about an hour but it is so worth it! Sunday Crockpot Meal-prep, No. 1! 👩🏻‍🍳 . . This week for dinner I made Chicken Gnocchi soup w/chopped onion, carrots, celery, and two peppers (because they were going bad), spinach, followed by four cups of chicken broth, and two cans of evaporated milk and some spices! BANANA SNICKERS for a fun + healthy dessert idea 🍫🥜🍌 by @anythingbutramen I seen these all over and had to make my own! I love this recipe because it takes simple kitchen ingredients and turns it into a healthier version of your favorite candy 🍬 These are so fast to assemble and can be stored in your freezer whenever you’re craving a little treat! 🙌 Ingredients: - 2 bananas - 1/4 cup peanut butter - 3 TBS peanut halves, chopped - 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted—I used @hukitchen - optional: 1/4 tsp coconut oil for melting - optional: flakey salt for topping Directions: - cut a banana in half then each piece in half lengthwise creating 4 banana slices, do this to both bananas so you end up with 8 - add banana slices to a parchment lined plate or tray - spread peanut butter on each slice of banana - chop peanut halves and place on top of each banana slice - in a microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil and melt for increments of 15 seconds stirring in between until melted - drizzle chocolate on top of bananas and freeze for at least an hour - top with flakey salt and enjoy * Yields: 8 . . . #bananasnickers #snickers #chocolate #chocolatepeanutbutter #healthysnack #healthydessert #plantbased #easyrecipes #nobake #nobakedessert

Meal prep: have all meals made, and ready for each day so you know what you're having, and when you're having it. After a busy, long, or stressful day, it can be hard to come home to have to make a decision about what you want to eat. By having it prepped and ready, you don't even have to think about it. Crispy Chicken w/ Creamy Cheddar Noodles ✨ by @thedailykale If you’re looking for a simple dinner to make this week that’s cozy and comforting, this is it 😊 So good. I hope y’all enjoy! ✨ ◽️Creamy Cheddar noodles: - 1 cup shredded cheddar - 1/4 cup Parmesan - 1 tbsp each of onion and garlic, chopped - 1/4 cup -1/2 heavy cream - Heavy pinch of: garlic powder, paprika, pepper, salt and oregano - Noodles, I used Udon - Broccoli, steamed -Sauté garlic and onion in a little oil. Add in heavy cream and spices and stir. Add in cheeses and stir. Let it thicken on a low heat then add in your steamed broccoli and noodles and stir. To serve place in a bowl and top with your crispy chicken and garnish with some chili flakes for a little extra kick 😉 ◽️Chicken: 1/2 pound Chicken Spices: Paprika, Black pepper 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/3 cup parmesan Pinch of salt -In a bowl toss cut chicken with a little oil and add the rest and stir until coated. SMASHED SWEET POTATO BBQ ROTISSERIE CHICKEN PIZZA 🍕 by @_food_love_life_ Baked sweet potato, still warm, cut in half lengthwise Store bought or homemade BBQ sauce Thinly sliced red onions Thinly sliced jalapeños (optional) Shredded rotisserie chicken Fresh mozzarella, torn into small chunks Cilantro Preheat oven to 450°F 🍠 On a parchment lined baking sheet, lay both sides of the sweet potato skin side down. Lightly drizzle with olive oil and top with a piece of parchment. Using a frying pan or heavy skillet, smash each potato half into a 1/4-1/3” thick oval. Peel off the parchment amd top the sweet potato rounds with a little more olive oil, and a sprinkle of sea salt. Place in the oven 10 to 15 minutes until the top of the sweet potato begins to crisp. 🍗 Top both sweet potato rounds with barbecue sauce, onions, jalapeños, shredded chicken, and cheese. Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Allow to rest for a few minutes before transferring to plate with a pancake flipper or other broad spatula. Top with a drizzle of ranch (optional) and a sprinkle of cilantro. Enjoy!

choc banana breakfast cookies! 🍌🍪 (via: @healthbychels) Ingredients: 1 mashed banana 45g oats 15g vanilla whey protein 1/2 tsp baking powder 1.5 tsp cocoa powder Pinch salt raspberry yogurt Berries Directions: Stir together the mashed banana, oats, protein, baking powder, cocoa & salt until a dough texture forms. Add a splash of plant based milk if needed. Bake 10 mins at 180C. Serve w yogurt & fruit.

High protein breaky sandwich 🍳 by @mirandabrady sandwich take on the viral egg wrap hack, it’s so yum and so filling!! Use any bread or even a bagel & add any of your favourite fillings cheese 🥑🍅🥓 Ingredients: 2 slices bread 2 eggs 1-2 tbs cheese (15g) 1/4 avocado (25g) 1/2 tomato Spinach/ rocket, optional Salt & pepper Method: 1. Whisk eggs in a bowl and pour into a pan over medium heat (optional to lightly grease it so they don’t stick). Swirl the eggs around to cover the base of the pan. 2. Place bread on top of the eggs, fry for 1 min then flip the bread over. 3. Cook for another minute then flip the eggs/bread so the other side cooks. 4. Top with fillings, season with salt & pepper. Tuck the edges in and fold it over to make a sandwich, transfer to a plate and enjoy! Macros (serves 1): 369 calories P 23.1g C 29.8g F 17g I used 2 slices sourdough & Coles light tasty cheese for these macros.

EASY CHEESY BROCCOLI PINWHEELS! by @yummy_little_belly Ingredients * 100-150g (1 1/2 us cup) broccoli florets * 150g (3/4 us cup) cream cheese (can sub with dairy free cream cheese) * Big handful of grated cheddar cheese * 1 sheet of ready roll puff pastry Method 1. Preheat oven to 200° C /400 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. 2. Cook your broccoli florets in boiling water until soft. 3. Unroll the puff pastry, and evenly spread the cream cheese, covering edge to edge of the pastry. 4. Then sprinkle with the broccoli florets and the grated cheese. 5. Roll up the pastry into a sausage and using a sharp knife slice the roll into 1.5 cm thick slices. 6. Lay each piece on the prepared baking tray. 7. Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes, until puffed up, crisp and golden. 8. Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly before serving. 9. Enjoy! 👶🏼 Suitable from 8+ months ❄️ Store in the fridge in an airtight container for a couple of days, or freeze for up to 2 months
