Full Pull B Session: 1. Scottcurls Maschine unilateral 2. Seilzugcurls von hinten 3. DY Lat Pulldown unilateral 4. Klimmzüge breit 5. Low Row Maschine 6. Kelso Shrugs an Low Row 7. Kabelrudern upper 8. Reverse Flys —> Überall 2 Sätze zwischen 5-10 Wdh. —> Alles RIR 0 Bizeps zuerst wegen Priorisierung meiner Arme und weil mich die 4 Sätze Bizeps keine Kraft fürs Rückentraining kosten. Andersrum habe Ich am Ende vom Rückentraining deutlich weniger Kraft beim Bizepstraining. Am Pull A Tag starte Ich mit dem „oberen Rücken“, hier bei Pull B mit den Lat Übungen. DY Lat Pulldown zu Beginn, weil die Übung in der Kontraktion am schwersten ist und es gegen Ende vom Training verdammt schwer wird hier noch mit viel Gewicht zu arbeiten. Klimmzüge an zweiter Stelle, würde Ich normalerweise anders machen weil Klimmzüge verdammt viel Kraft kosten für die weiteren Rückenübungen. Ist bei mir aber gewollt, weil mir die Maschinen im Anschluss sonst zu leicht sind. Der Lat ist mit den beiden Übungen bedient. Weiter gehts mit zwei Sätzen an der Low Row und einem Satz Kelso Shrugs an der selben Maschine hinterher. Nach den 3 Sätzen ist der Trapez schon frittiert. Als letzte Übung für den Rücken gibt es dann noch eine Variante Kabelrudern mit breitem Obergriff mit Fokus auf dem oberen Rücken und der hinteren Schulter. Mit insgesamt 5 Sätzen für den oberen Rücken ist der komplette Rücken dann auch abgearbeitet. Zum Abschluss gibt es noch eine Isolationsübung für die hintere Schulter, 2 Sätze. Ende. Gute Einheit 🤝 Das sind aktuell 9 Sätze Rücken, 4 Sätze Bizeps und 2 Sätze hintere Schulter alle 5 Tage. Weil mich immer so viele Fragen ob das nicht zu wenig Sätze sind. Nein das ist aktuell mein absolutes Maximum an Volumen was Ich regenerieren kann. Und das trotz jeden Tag 9-10 Stunden Schlaf, um die 4500 Kalorien täglich, perfekter Supplements (von @4gym.rats), usw. Using Momentum During Back Training?💭 With a movement like a bent over barbell row I don’t think they need to look perfect. If you are parallel with the floor and you have zero movement the load will be considerably less and you’ll never truly get strong on it. Which in my opinion shows in your physique. However, if doing machine work and trying to bias certain muscles, actually bias them keep your form strict. There’s a time where it makes sense to keep everything else set in stone, the lat pulldown is one of them. There’s rarely ever black and white rules and absolutes in training.
