2024.04.29. 운동 일지 일요일 아니 월요일 하체운동 완료!! 극심한 피로 누적으로 종일 잠만 쏟아진 일요일 😴 밤이 되니 잠도 못 잘 거 같고 막 좀이 쑤신다 아 지금 운동 가면 딱인데 일요일은 24시간 영업이 아니다 일단 운동복 챙겨 밖에 나간다 친구와 맥주 한 모금 홀짝대다가 밤 열두시 오픈 시간 맞춰서 헬스장 도착 😆 오늘 스쿼트는 오랜만에 맨발로, 복잡하게 생각하지 않고 중심만 잘 잡고 잘 앉았다 일어나려고 했다 나름대로 잘 진행하다가 7세트에서 1개하고 깔렸다 하 원판 다 빼고 다시 세팅할 생각에 큰일이다 그냥 끝낼까 하다가 110kg으로 볼륨 채웠다 나머지 운동은 개힘든 팬듈럼스쿼트, 후면 빵댕 뒷다리 조지는 중량 백익스텐션으로 마무리!! 벌써 4월 마지막 주 월요일, 쏜살같은 시간이다 오늘 오후엔 날씨가 정말 뜨거울 거 같은데 다들 파이팅입니다!! Your spine is your lifeline. Treat it with the respect it deserves, and it will support you through every twist and turn of life. Having a balance between forward fold postures and back extension postures is crucial for maintaining overall spinal health and alignment is very important, Especially when we frequently adopt forward fold postures during the day. Practicing backbends are vital, because it: ☑️Counteracts forward flexion ☑️Promotes proper alignment of the spine ☑️Improves flexibility ☑️Strengthens postural muscles ☑️Enhanced Breathing When practiced mindfully and with focused breathing, back extension poses can induce a sense of relaxation and calm. Which activates the parasympathetic nervous system. Deep diaphragmatic breathing, commonly incorporated into yoga practices like Ustrasana, stimulates the vagus nerve, leading to activation of the parasympathetic nervous system and promoting relaxation. As the body stretches and releases tension during back extension, it may signal to the brain that it's safe to relax, further promoting parasympathetic activation. Do include back extension exercises in your routine, to feel the effect of it, again it's not a one day game or one exercise game ! ▫️Cobra▫️ A challenging exercise due to the goal of achieving equal extension of the entire spine. Each vertebrae has its own unique shape, each designed to provide support whilst allowing mobility in multiple directions. The shape of our thoracic vertebrae favour flexion, whereas our lumbar vertebrae prefer extension. This is what naturally provides the spine with it’s beautiful neutral curves. Cobra is a tricky exercise to master as we need to encourage as much extension through the thorax, whilst simultaneously controlling the extension through the lumbar. Thus, creating the desired outcome of extension spread evenly throughout the whole length of the spine. We have to achieve this movement sequentially whilst considering the ideal placement of our shoulders as well as opening the front of the hips.
