“How is that even possible?” I thought to be “fit and healthy” I’d have to track calories on an app all my life. I thought that it was normal to do 6+ HIIT sessions a week if you wanted to be in mint condition. And if I wanted to take a break from training or tracking that everything would go to pot. The idea of not being chained to an app to monitor food and having a positive relationship with the gym always fascinated me. 🌸 Майские праздники – время для встреч с друзьями на даче, семейных пикников и барбекю. Но также - это время, когда можно легко набрать лишний вес. Однако отметить праздник можно, сохранив свою фигуру, если соблюдать рекомендации 😉👌🏻 Готовьте сами. Приготовление блюд по собственному рецепту позволяет избежать скрытых сахаров, химических добавок и лишнего количества жира и соли. ✅ Для шашлыка вместо свинины выбирайте филе индейки, нежирной говядины, курицы, рыбу или морепродукты. Не ешьте горелую корочку/кожу, в ней больше всего канцерогенов. Лучшими гарнирами будут овощные нарезки/ салаты с растительным маслом (а не майонезом) и лимонным соком, зелень, овощи на гриле. Добавляйте масло уже в готовое блюдо, а не в маринады или на мясо/овощи перед грилем. Лучше использовать масло только для заправки салатов. ✅ Пейте воду вместо газированных напитков и соков, которые содержат большое количество сахара. Выпивайте перед каждым приемом пищи по 1 стакану воду, чтобы придерживаться нормы жидкости и меньше съесть. Между приемами пищи должен быть перерыв 3-4 часа. Не жуйте постоянно и не делайте большие перерывы между едой. Последний прием пищи - за 3-4 часа до сна, и он должен быть легким. Если гости или праздничный стол вечером ― ешьте овощи и белок ― утром проснетесь без отеков и с чувством легкости. ✅ Не злоупотребляйте алкоголем. Он вызывает отеки и усиливает аппетит, можно съесть гораздо больше, чем хотелось бы. Лучший вариант ― 1 бокал сухого вина и обязательно к нему стакан чистой воды. ✅ Всего понемногу! Après 12 semaines de prise de masse, il est temps de faire un petit point ! 🐖 La perception de mon corps qui prend du volume n’est pas tous les jours facile à vivre. Autant la relation à la nourriture est complètement apaisée aujourd’hui (bien que je ne sois pour autant pas très haute en calories (2100)), autant se sentir imposante va être difficilement supportable certains jours, et d’autres ce sera complètement OK et même une source de fierté. + 4,3 kg (70,5 en moyenne —> 74,8) + 1,6 cm de tour de taille, + 4 cm de tour de fessiers, + 2,8 cm de tour de dos/poitrine, + 2 cm de tour de cuisse. Le ratio est OK. 🫀Dépense énergétique : je suis passée de 12K à 10K pas par jour et j’ai toujours 4x20 min de cardio. ⚕️Côté santé : RAS, mon cycle est régulier, l’énergie n’est pas au plus haut ces derniers temps, mais c’est dû à l’ajout d’une activité salariée en parallèle, avec des horaires irréguliers. Yes, you have an Apple Watch. No, you don’t need to use it. The amount of calories you burn during a workout don’t determine a successful workout. This isn’t what you should build your definition of ‘progress’ around. How much weight did you use? Is that more than last time? How many reps did you complete? Is that more than last time? Has your RPE/RIR improved relative to the first time you performed this movement? Aka you aren’t working as hard to lift the same amount of weight for the same amount of reps which is progress. People love to track calories at the gym and use it as a sign of successful training, yet hate to track calories where it’s actually relevant. Vulnerability post: 3 months of progress. I went from being 200 lbs to 170 lbs. I let my depression get a hold of me and while taking care of everyone else and loving everyone else I forgot to take care of myself. Prioritizing my mental and physical health over everything else and deepening my spiritual relationship with God has been evolving me into a completely different person. As I continue to embark on this healing journey I am so thankful for the pain that got me here. Without it I wouldn’t be who I am today.
