Recipe 1- Sorry pictures will never be the best, but taste is there 🤤 Chocolate Nanner Baked Oats 🍫 With ingredients I use, Marcos: 713kcal, 48gP/ 87gC/ 29gF/ 20gFiber •3 TBS Ghirardelli Coco Powder, Unsweetened •40g (1/2 cups) Quick Oats- Mom’s Best, Walmart brand •1 Scoop of Protein Powder- I use vanilla •15mL Sugar Free Syrup- Kroger brand •14g (1 serving) Lily’s Milk Chocolate Baking Chips •1 Whole Egg •21g Egg Whites •24g (1.5 TBS) Smucker’s Peanut Butter, Natural Smooth • 1 Nanner Combine all ingredients together in an oven safe container. I mix half of my chocolate chips and sprinkle half on top. I save the PB as a topping. You can bake with it mixed in, that’s a personal preference. ~Disclaimer total Carb intake will vary depending on how much banana you add. In mine I used 5oz. You can easily make less carby by using less oats or less banana~ For the love of gosh please spray your container! It sucks to scrape off, not speaking from experience or anything. Baked 350 for 12 minutes, then check. Depending on your container it could take longer. I usually bake for 18-22 minutes total. The longer you bake, it’ll make it more of a cake texture. I may have not been “where I wanted to be” before I left for my travels but I’m sure as hell not letting it get in my way! I’m in that bikini. I’m enjoying all the experiences. Am I eating well? No! Will I be in other countries? Probably! Am I training most days of the week? No! Am I going to train sometimes whilst away? Yes! Training isn’t controlling our travels but we are being pretty active walking and swimming. I may gain weight but life is for living and experiencing and boy are we having some incredible experiences.! I will deal with it when I return to the UK. Why do I preach balance? Because being overly restrictive with kids DOES NOT WORK! It generally increases risks for EDs or kids just go for the “bad” foods more often. The best method to help kids is teach them balance. Help them understand that majority of foods needs to be balanced Whole Foods, and foods like candy or ice cream are once in a while foods. Try this toddler-Friendly Chickpea Curry with Coconut Milk for a nutritious and flavorful meal that your whole family can enjoy 🫠 You'll need 1 cup pre-boiled chickpeas (or 1 can, drained and rinsed) 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 garlic clove, minced 1 teaspoon ground coriander 1 teaspoon mild curry powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional) 1 1/2 cup coconut milk 1 tbs tomato paste Salt and papper to taste Method: ✨️ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
